Friendly workers & artist, also really clean area. Definitely glad this was the place I went to for my first piercing. Here in Arizona on Vacation. Super bummed... Called to schedule an appointment for a piercing, and was told to just come in... asked to leave my number, and was told to just come in. Drove a half hour, and the piercer wasn't there. Was told again that she would be back in 20 Mins. called after I left, and gave my number to ensure I wasn't waiting around. My husband and I came here yesterday to get tattoos. It was my first tattoo and I was very nervous/anxious since I didn't know what to expect. But Jorge made me feel super comfortable! First off, I love tatts, just hate going into shops for the first time. Most I have run into seem as though they have no time for you or you aren't important.Here is where this place shines! I reluctantly walked in to look around and get ideas and talk with the artists there. As soon as I walked in I was met with smiling faces and welcomed. Blew me away.The guys in there were amazing, and very patient with me as I tried to explain to them what I was looking for. They showed me a bunch of options and examples of similar work of theirs on past clients. They came up with a quick computer rendition of what I was wanting. They told me to come back and they would draw it up and make it unique/as bad ass as their past work. That service and friendliness alone deserves the rating. I absolutely love this place. I got a Monroe piercing from the wonderful Amanda and she did a great job. Clean environment, laid back, and very relaxing. Hands down.  5 stars.  Very clean and sterile environment.    Jorge did a 3D butterfly on my shoulder yesterday and I am absolutely in love.   I will never go to a different tattoo artist.  He is absolutely unbelievable and very talented indeed.    I sent him a picture of a real blue morpho butterfly and he was able to duplicate the colors and details even better than I ever imagined.   A few months ago I went to Amanda to get a few piercings.    She was professional. And very comforting as one of them made me a bit nervous.  I also was suffering from migraines.  She pierced my right daith as i was suffering migraines more on the left side, and i have not had a migraine since!  Overall, this establishment has some wonderful,  talented and kind-hearted employees.   They have great music taste as well ;)  Go see Jorge and Amanda for any of your tattoo and Piercing needs!! Brian Wall has been my artist for over seven years now, but this was the first time I had been to this shop. This was hands down the most comfortable shop I have ever been in. The atmosphere was laid back, relaxing and welcoming as are the artists. While Brian was working on my Harley Quinn and Joker piece, one of the artists, Jacob, was following up with clients to make sure that their tattoos and piercings were healing correctly, to see if they had any questions or concerns, and to thank them for their business. They made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. I have never seen a shop care for its clientele the way the artists here do. Went to see Amanda to re-pierce my neck with 2 dermals. Even before the piercing, I was impressed with Amanda's customer service. We exchanged texts and eventually worked out a time for me to come into the shop. We thought this would be a simple job, but it turned into a long, difficult process due to some scar tissue from my previous piercing. After multiple attempts, I was ready to give up, but Amanda was determined! She asked me repeatedly about my comfort level and even gave me some numbing spray (which was great). She eventually got them in and they look great! I was super excited she was able to use the same spots as before, and I recommend her to anyone looking to get a piercing. The staff were very friendly and super patient with us. My girlfriend  and I got our first tattoos there recently and are very pleased with the quality of the work. They engaged you in conversation while working  on you and it helps take your mind off of the slight pain. Would definitely  recommend  anyone getting their first tattoo here. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Rude and unprofessional customer service. I went here for a simple ear piercing and was talking about something with who I came with and arguing and the owner's husband or something comes up randomly and tells us to calm down and leave. We're not even talking to the guy why is he being so nosy. He needs to mind his own business because I'm the customer here and they were paid to give quality service to me. Should've known they were an unprofessional and shady business when the second you enter you see that it's the living room to someone's house rather than an actual shop never mind the kids on the side watching TV. I might as well go to some person's house to get it done than this unprofessional place. I didn't mind the kids because I understand working parents, but yes now I'm going to say something about it because all I got was shitty service and an attitude from the owners. Here's a tip, if you want to open a business make sure you have the manners and attitude to treat your customers or send them all out the door. They have absolutely no right to talk to me like that esp since they kept wanting to take pictures of their work on me to show off on their website. No apology, took pictures of MY body, and I get kicked out. This place is a joke, you're better off going to a gun piercer in the mall and not to mention I should be able to refuse pictures in my own privacy and have them take it down.Almost forgot to add they say pretty words like "oh the soap isn't here yet. when it's here i'll mail it to your door you don't have to pick it up." then when the time comes you actually have to get it and they pretend they never said to mail it. And if the earring inst screwed on tight enough upon piercing they say "It's your fault because you're supposed to tighten it." First of all, they never said to keep tightening the earring because it's going to fall off. Secondly, how do I get the tools that they have to twist it tight when the piercing's in tight spots? If they did a decent job the first place with screwing it on, I'd doubt it'd come undone.And if it comes undone, being professional they should know it's their fault and rescrew a new earring on the customer for free rather than blaming it on the customer and trying to ripoff more money off of them. Logic. It's funny because aside from the owners I've seen about one other worker here. Then I read the reviews on why some left. All in all, this place sucks! Read Less

Brian did an amazing job on my sunflower! When I first called in, it's was around 8 & the shop closes at 10. He invited me to come in and if need be, they would keep the shop open late to finish my work then & there. We discussed the price, and to make me more comfortable, he offered to split it into 2 separate payments and sessions. Not only to ensure my financial comfort, but to ensure that the tattoo healed better, and to make sure I could tolerate the pain. I've only been here once. Granted, it was some time ago,  I just felt I should speak my piece... I came here for a tongue piercing. They stick the piercing needle in pulled it out and stuck a barbell in it. I know it's supposed to be a little big for swelling, but this stake was huge! It ripped my tongue. I went to my friend's place when I noticed it wasn't healing (he's a pro and I now regret not going to him first) and he told me the stake they put in my tongue should never have been used for the tongue. He removed it for me just before my tongue was split in half. I never did get my tongue repierced. I won't return. Read Less

I got a supernatural tattoo with my sister by Brian. He was awesome, this was my first tattoo and he was very nice about it. He answered all my questions and was very good at putting me at ease. Had my nose pierced by Amanda tonight. She's awesome! Very considerate and isn't pushy at all. The shop gave me her phone number since they weren't able to give me a pricing. I texted her and she messaged me back very promptly. We set up an appointment for the following day. The set up was very clean. I saw her wipe everything down before I came into the room. Everything was clean and new out of packaging. She made sure to spray EVERYTHING. The piercing itself was very quick and she had light hands so it was pretty painless. Great customer service skills from everyone in the shop. They all greeted me when I walked in and were very polite. She also offers a student discount (at least students from ASU) so be sure to bring your student ID! I will definitely be back for another piercing from her! Read Less

You can tell when a business cares about their customers with the way the owners and employees treat them.  We had a slight hiccup with a service (a while ago) and Amanda handled it amazingly well by directly dealing with my daughter and I and took very good care of us to find a solution.  This place cares 100% for their customers, hands down, and takes pride in their workmanship and services.  Amanda is a top notch person.  I really don't believe anyone else would have taken such attentive care of my daughter as she did, when it came to my daughter's piercing.  The other employees, we've chatted with in the shop, make you feel comfortable and welcome, no matter who you are or what you're there for. I got my daughters ears pierced here- she is 7. Amanda was very nice and did a great job on the piercing. There was a little bit of unpreparedness-my kid did well but got woozy- there was a bit of scrambling to get her something to drink/some sugar ( I did not know I needed to bring those things).  So maybe a 'little kids' checklist for parents might be good, even though kids are not the main business, they did a good job with her ears. Very unprofessional while I was there getting a tat worked up. The lady owner came in yelling on the phone talking to someone about an artist. she hung up and proceeded to start in on the artist Liz with me still in a consult with her. She called the artist Liz a "c*nt, sorry b*tch, sorry piece of work, a worthless c*nt and pack her Sh*t and go somewhere else" those are the exact words coming from a owner. Then the owner asked if I was leaving-really why would I spend money there when artists only get 50% of what they charge???? I did go somewhere else where Liz is so happy to be working now.
