I had the honor of receiving Rod's artistic gifts a few weeks ago. I was referred to him thru a mutual friend. My family had a recent tragedy and i needed to memorialize the lost loved one in ink. I set a consult appt online then met with Rod. He listened to my story, collaborated with my ideas, and gave advice on my piece. I even scored a heartfelt hug (I was in tears); which cemented my faith in him. The session was set out a bit (he is much in-demand, obviously because he is quite awesome) and I could not have had a better turnout! He educated me on tattooing over my scars, and gave proper expectations so I knew what to look out for. I absolutely love what he did from the strong lines, to the wispy lines... shading and clarity- all was beautifully done -better than my mind could imagine. All I can say is OTIS IS AMAZING!!! I was really nervous because it was my first real bigger tattoo and I'm pretty much a wimp lol He made me feel really comfortable and at ease. STAY AWAY FROM NEIL!!! He did a horrible tattoo on my shoulder, as my first tattoo, over charged me, then wanted to blame me for his screw up and charge me to touch it again. The owner Jacob seemed to want to genuinely make it right but I had to opt for removal and am going to try somewhere else. Neil has no pride in his work if it's not his personal drawing and a bad attitude to back it up. Maybe another artist would do better work there but for me it's not worth the risk. Read Less

I got my belly button pierced and right when I walked in there was someone to greet me and help me with any questions I had. The lady at the front desk helped get all of the papers I needed due to being under 18. After I filled everything out she pointed me in the right direct and the guy that pierced me was very patient and did an amazing job of lining everything up and making sure it was perfect. He asked for my opinion on it and make sure it was also up to my standards. He explained everything that was going to happen and used sterile needles, jewelry, and gloves. Jaimie is a great artist. He did a half sleeve Cthulhu for me, sketched it on my arm in 20 minutes with a sharpie and then went to town. Several sessions of shading and coloring later and I have a beautiful piece of custom artwork on my skin. This is an awesome place with talented artists. Walked in and was helped immediately. Was pretty exciting when I was telling the girl at the front desk was I wanted and Jamie jumped up and said my American Traditional was his thing and he was stoked with my idea. Despite the pain of having a chest tattoo, Jamie made it fun. They dont accept cards but but they have an ATM right in the shop so no problems. All in all, great artists, great shop and fun times. I have been wanting another tattoo for a couple of years and went into this shop with a girlfriend in 2013. I love color and she was having a black and white done and after talking with Otis he referred me to Juan. Juan is an amazing artist that specializes in color. He has a great touch, not heavy handed. I am having a half sleeve done and just finished my 3rd session  with only one more to go. I have received so many compliments already without it being finished. He does not waste time. ...he works diligently and carefully to make sure every little detail is precise. I highly recommend Juan and this shop. Very clean and nice friendly staff. I'll start by saying that the artists at this shop have incredible artistic ability.  I recently got a cover-up tattoo by Juan and couldn't be happier with his work.  The photos I've attached show it after an 8-hour session, so it's about half way finished.  Juan stayed late to accommodate my work schedule and drew the art on the spot.  The colors and line work are incredible!I highly recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for talented artists who can do more than just tattoo something off the wall (although I'm sure they can do that too). Talk about a hidden gem. I found this place online and was immediately drawn to Otis' work since he specializes in black and grey tattoos (same as I was looking to get). Loved what I saw online in his portfolio so I thought I'd give it a try. He was helpful in that he told me to email him any ideas and pictures I had so he could get an idea of what I was looking for, and provided any suggestions he had.
