While photos seem like quality work is produced, I did not appreciate having an appointment with an out of town guest, only to show up and have the artist and person who scheduled the appointment have no idea what was going on. We were greeted (as soon as we walked in) with, "the special is over". Probably best to keep track of the appointments you make, regardless of how small as they may lead to returning customers. I'll be honest I was a little worried going here after seeing all the reviews, but I went it the hopes they were wrong & they are. Chris is an amazing artist and does great work. His wife was very friendly the whole time I was there, and so was he. His line work is phenomenal and I am beyond pleased with the tattoo I received. Avoid this place on Friday the 13th.Your clients are not at fault because you CHOSE to run a sale. They should not receive poor service and sub par quality on artwork you APPROVED that was listed at PRICES YOU SET. You're not doing anyone a favor, you're running a special. If you feel that the prices you set are not reflective of what should be paid, then don't run the sale.  I understand the high volume of work Friday the 13th must elicit a tattoo shop and how that would be incredibly demanding on a tattooist; but that does not grant you a pass to treat the people around you like dirt as you openly cut corners on your work. I would wager everyone knew the shop would be pretty busy that day and understood the expected workload. Maybe the shops preparations could have better reflected that. Another note: nobody appreciates being tattooed by someone under the influence without their consent. I stepped out after getting my tattoo and returned to blatant signs of intoxicant use; if I had been aware sooner I would have asked for my money back and gone home. I am disappointed that both artists chose to get stoned instead of taking care of their clients. I was pleased with titan tattoo' s Friday 13th specials in the past, but will now no longer be returning. If you’re looking to go here to get ink done, I highly recommend Romeo. I’ve had ink done by him 2 days ago and also while he was in another shop and have never been disappointed by his work. He’s swift, very experienced, and a very straight forward guy. As for the rest of the staff, amazing people with a positive environment. Worst tattoo shop ever.I have worked with some vulgar, sultry, and even rude tattoo artists but their work held up so I never complained. Chris is the worst. My tattoo was extremely overpriced. Not only that, but it looked nothing like the sketch WE agreed on before he tattooed me. He made inappropriate comments the entire time (borderline sexual harassment, which made me very nervous because this was one of my first tattoos after turning 18) and when I told him I wasn't comfortable paying so much for his tattoo, he started screaming and became somewhat violent.Seriously go ANYWHERE else. Left a review on his fb page. The comment got deleted and I was blocked from the page. He proceeded to message me from his personal fb and harass me saying he was going to get in touch with my family and work and publicly humiliate me with his friends. He continued to call me names including the "C" word. Called me a hoe and the list goes on. Here is the post on fb that has all the screenshots of what he said. Police were involved because I was scared to go to work because of him. Then he tells everyone in the post that the police showed up and that there were no charges pressed and that I should feel stupid. I wasn't pressing charges I knew they were going over there to just tell him to stop cuz that's all I wanted. About a month ago, I scheduled an appointment to get a tattoo. I'll admit I should have read reviews before, but I had gotten a small tattoo here before and everything had gone well so I made an appointment anyway. About 2 weeks before the appointment I saw all of the Facebook posts and reviews about Chris, and I couldn't believe it. Obviously I didn't want my tattoo done by someone like that so I decided to cancel my appointment. Keep in mind I gave Chris a 2 week notice, it wasn't like I cancelled the night before. I called the shop and after talking to the assistant I was given to Chris. I told him I wanted to cancel my appointment and immediately he said "okay well I'm not giving you your deposit back, I'm not in the business of money giving, I'm in the business of money taking". I told him I understood and that was fine because he took the time to discuss and draw out tattoo ideas for me. He then asked why I cancelled and I told him that I found an artist whose portfolio had a lot of examples of what I was looking for and I appreciated his time, but I felt more comfortable getting it done by this person. He then proceeded to tell me that that was "preposterous" and that I couldn't just cancel like that. He became increasingly heated and even ended up calling me a "fucking cunt" and when I said "could you repeat what you said for my boyfriend" he changed it and said "I said you were acting like a bitch". I wish I could put zero stars but I can't. So They were doing a special for $20 tattoos Friday so I got a babysitter and went to get the tattoo. They were having electric problems so they made me pay and scheduled my tattoo for Sunday at 9pm. They didn't give me back my ID from Friday so I have been contacting them to get it back. They kept telling me I had to wait until they opened to go get it. So Sunday rolls around and they tell me 2 hours before my apt that they need to cancel because they are stuck with the kid in a different city. So I still can't get my ID. I told them I want my money back and he called me so I can ask him for my money back and called me inappropriate names and was yelling at me for threading bad yelp reviews lol. So I hung up and told her I was going to get my ID and I wanted the paper I signed so I can confirm that it says it's unrefundable. She wouldn't give that to me and said I was being rude and that I am baned from the property and can't come back unless I have a cop come. So great. Get the cop, my friends, and I go and my friends got my ID and I was recording the whole time and he got upset and tried to kick me and the cop out. The cop kept telling him I am allowed to record and the cop had to tell him several times to calm down.  He threatened to sue me for video taping in his shop lol   He got my money and I should have looked at his yelp reviews first because the are outrageously bad and no wonder he got mad when I brought them up lol.They also wanted me to tip before I got my tattoo and when I said no they wrote on my paper saying "owes tip". Titan tattoo is the absolute worst!I paid $500 for a all day tap out session and 5 hours in, the tattoo artist called it quits because his arm hurt and said he would finish the piece for free. So we scheduled the appointment to finish it and I arrive for my appointment, the guy working on my piece quit the shop to go to a different shop. I asked where and the dude at the front told the name of the shop he went to, I called that shop, they'd never heard of him!So I tried to track him down, never found him. Never got my money back. I went to one of the shops that he would supposedly be at and I told the artist my story, and he finished the whole piece for the shop minimum, $60. We came in for a $30 flash special.  I brought 4 others with me and we knew it would be a long wait going into this because...  Hello,  it's flash special day.  Who doesn't want a $30.00 tat.  Stephanie greeted us at the door.  She was very polite and professional.  They had a huge folder with pages of flash tats.  Some were smaller and some were quite big in size for a flash tat.  I was actually very impressed with the selection I could choose from!  Chris introduced himself.  Another guy working there handed us the remote for Netflix and said to watch anything we wanted.  They are polite and fun which is good during that wait time!  Im reading some of these reviews on here. Is Chis a "speak your mind" type person.  Yes!  Hell, I'd rather have someone tell you the truth and what's on his mind rather then bull out the mouth any day. If you treat someone with respect, show them the issue or problem,  then you'll get respect and results in return. Chris's line work is amazing.  I'm sorry to all the haters out there but it is! My husbands tattoo was smaller in size with detailed lines and chris nailed it!  Clean work.  I even heard him offer the person ahead of my husband and I if they'd like their arrow tattoo slightly bigger in size,  to which they answered yes.  I don't know of any other tattoo shop that will do that.  There was a small miniscule spot on my tattoo that was missing due to the smaller line work.  I didn't notice till home (that's how small it was).  I took a pic,  sent it to the shop and they said come back so we can fix it.  They apologized,  were very nice about it,  and they cleaned up mine and my hubbys tattoo up.  They really went above and beyond for everyone including a friend that really wanted to add some pink into her tat.  It was black tattoos, outline only for the flash day and he had her pick a pink color and added it.  Would I recommend Chris,  Stephanie,  and this shop to people?  Yes!  In a heartbeat. The owner is insane! He was tough to communicate with so I yelped him and saw all these horrible things about what kind of person he was so I wrote him and told him I found him difficult to communicate with and I won't be using his services, yes I told him how I felt about his lack of professionalism but it was just to HIM. I've never personally been here but for good reason, I follow the owner Chris on social media and have seen him bash so many clients and potential clients. If you say something he doesn't like even if you were just trying to ask a simple question he'll screenshot and blast you all over Facebook. I've seen it happen way more then once and his friends will fill the comments with nasty hateful remarks supporting him and his busted attitude problem. His work is good yeah; but there's a shop on every corner that i'm sure is the same if not better. Went in to get some work done by chris. He was going to fill in two tattoos that were already stenciled out. Paid 300 dollars to have him fill in one on my hand to have him dip out in the middle of our session. He added on a bunch of beads going down my hand  in a line that wasn't straight and tattooed over another artist work without my permission. Horrible customer service. Made an appointment and paid a deposit. Showed up for my appointment and waited for a half hour outside, no one ever showed. I called and called and left a message. Drove by several times throughout the day as I took the day off of work to make this appointment. Drove by and left messages several other times over two weeks and never received a callback. Finally reached someone who said they've been there the whole time and they don't do refunds. They were supposed to call me back after talking to Chris a week ago and haven't heard a thing! Think they are in the business of taking deposits and not fulfilling their end of things. I clearly don't want to reschedule when they didn't even show for the first one. And I don't want bad business to start inking my body! Walked in during a $30 3x3 "deal" date they had, and had a simple design ready.Went to Sam or "Samy Maskell" for it cause he was one of the artists there that day. And not only did he give me the shittiest experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop, he was also the most unprofessional employee I've seen in any of this line of work. All I wanted was a compass and it started off by him saying,"Dude I'm not doing a F*king compass. that's the 30th one I've had to do this year. (It was November).Then I asked him what his opinion on what to do to customize it would be, and he responded with "dude I don't care, but if you don't choose within the next 10 seconds I'm just going to move on to the next customer."Then charged me $80 for my tattoo during their "$30 dollar 3x3 day" simply because HE wanted to add shading. I didn't ask for it. And the tattoo is only 2.5x2.5.So I sit down for my tattoo, and he goes outside and smokes a blunt before he does my tattoo.So he messes up on his lines, messed up on the shading he wanted to add, and overall fucked up the tattoo. I'm giving 1 star because some of the employees actually care about their job here... as far as the owner, do not go to him. I'm very understanding when it comes to Friday the 13th specials, you're going to be busy... but when I came in there were only 5 people ahead of me and I waited 5 hours to get tattooed... THAT'S AN HOUR PER PERSON FOR A SMALL ASS TATTOO. Finally, they call my name and ask if I've started my paperwork. I told them no, the owner (my artist) takes my ID and then asks one of his friends to go smoke with him... seriously? You couldn't even give me my paperwork first... after 10 more minutes of waiting, his employee hands me my paperwork, I fill it out and set it down up front. Wait for him to come back in, he puts on the stencil , and literally 2 minutes later says he has to use the restroom and will be RIGHT back. 10 minutes later, he gets out of the restroom AND THEN goes out back to have ANOTHER CIGARETTE! He finally comes back in and does my tattoo. Don't get my wrong, he actually did a very good job on it. Then when I finish mine, I decide to look to see how long it will be for my friends who came in later than I did and had 4 people in front of them and they crossed their names off saying their phone numbers didn't work... My one friend has a Virginia cell number and they were calling off a landline... everyone knows you need to dial a 1 before it... then my other friends phone number went through when we asked them to test it... To top it off, they had one of their artists just leave before all the customers were taken care of... I don't know how they run their shop on a normal basis so it may be different then but DO NOT come here for specials or holidays... Read Less
