Went in to get a simple flower tattoo. Had been in communication with this particular tattoo 'artist' for a week letting him know what I wanted he was cool until the actual day arrived. I was literally only there for 2 minutes I asked to see his work, (pretty standard question) he immediately got defensive and pretty much shoved his tattoo book at me and said "Look sweetie I been doing this 26 years!" He was very rude and nasty and walked to the back without saying anything else... Anyway dude was a straight up asshole and his tattoo work is wack as well!! Sucks because I got a tattoo here before with another artist but he left the shop, I wonder why . Needless to say I won't be back to this shop, way better options on the west side! A good friend of mine told me about Ritual. She had told me the owner does the piercing and how good she was. The owner had pierced her and her daughter and there was no bruising no black eye it was done very well. So I put my happy ass in the car grab a friend who also wanted to be pieced so well. Mind you there's 3  piercings we are getting done. We drive from the east side of town 45 min . Because it's going to be so worth it. Well I should have called to see if the owner was there and available to pierce us. She was not there and would not be back till Monday. That's cool I can wait because she's that good. Well she might be the best piercer in the world but her staff fucken sticks and so rude. First off we arrive . No one to say hey what's up what do you need.  No we sat there for what seemed forever.  And still no one came out or even acknowledge we were there.  Until this guy walk in a spoke to every . Actually had  someone waiting for him. Another 15 min goes by finally I walk to the counter and ask about getting pierced he then told me the owner was not there but she would be back Monday.  The same time some tall skinny blond man walks up. Right out t hf e gate this fucker is rude and spoke at me not to me with sharp short rude answers.  The other guy tell him they want to be pierced  then this rude f..... says I've got my had full I can't help you. Ok I reply.  Then says what did I want anyway my nose and a dermal. Looks at me again with his rude smart ass attitude and tells me how he is busy and wont do it.  I couldn't believe it. All I saw was me knocking this whatever he is off the stool he was sitting on. As a business owner if he was working for me or renting space from me. I would kick him to the streets.  Working next to a trash can is even to good for him. So to the owner of rituals the rude fuck that work there he makes your place look do bad. And I wonder if all the people whom you employ are just as fucked up. If so if your looking to be pierced and want a good experience I wouldn't recommend going here.  It was so bad I wont este it unless it's a, -5 . Get rid of him. He sucks. Read Less
