I went in to get my nipples pierced. The guy was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. However he admitted to not having much experience piercing nipples but felt comfortable enough to do mine. It's been about a month and a half and I've now had to remove one piercing because he pierced my areola instead of the nipple and after a second opinion the piercer recommend I remove it because my body was rejecting the piercing. I can't speak for tattoos but I would think twice about getting your nipples pierced here. Read Less

I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced and they were out of the correct studs that would fit her ear. Travis gave my daughter Lucy a toy unicorn to babysit for the night until the delivery came the next day. The next day at our appointment went smoothly. My daughter had her first tatt today with Nico. I could not be any happier. She wanted the word Epilepsy with the awareness symbol incorporated in there as the letter "L" and he nailed it! She was diagnosed at age 3 and is 19 now and has been waiting to do this. She got very sick to her stomach and faint feeling through out and he was so patient with her. Went to the one in mesa and right before you walk in you smell the weed they smoke. I ignored it and went in anyway. The staff was pretty nice at first but later became jerks. My fiancés tattoo ended up leaking out ink for like 2 days and they didn't even tell us much on how to do the aftercare. They ended up smoking weed while we were there. Thank God mine was done by then. Overall, they were unprofessional and I would not recommend going there. Read Less

Everyone here is pretty personable. I have gotten a tattoo and piercing here. Kevin did my first tattoo which was a pretty big tattoo (it took almost 4 hours to complete)! I was scared but he calmed me down and was very patient with me. It of course, wasn't as bad as I anticipated and the tattoo turned out amazing! It's a skull with a rose, cross, and quote. It's been over a year now and the colors are still vibrant and the details are great. I still get compliments all the time from random people telling me I have a great tattoo! As for my piercing experience, it was great. I was stressing out about getting my nose pierced and Jared talked to me and calmed me down to help me get my mind at ease, he was quick, and to be honest, the piercing was virtually painless. After doing the piercing and putting the jewelry in, he cleaned it up and turned the bottom of the nose ring in the inside of my nose while continuing to talk to me to get my mind off him doing so and made sure I was breathing okay. These guys are the best! Very clean professional environment with guys and girls who love having fun. Have built a great relationship with Michael, but also Jared, Ryan, Fonz, and the rest of the tattoo artists as well. We (my sister and I) came for the Friday the 13th tattoo specials ($20 for a small tattoo from a pre-approved flash sheet). We ended up also getting a piercing each ($20 each as well). Great deals, friendly staff, and not too long a wait considering the crazy sale. Dominic did our piercings. He is super cool and very professional. "No judgements here". He did my sister's nose and my forward helix. He also did my triple helix last year in March. It was quick, relatively painless, and we were sent on our way with good care instructions. Overall a very positive experience!We saw Alex for our tattoos. He was very friendly and accommodating. My sister and I got the same tattoo in the same place. He was quick and efficient and pretty damn cool. They came out great, we had a good time, and we did our "sister bonding thing" together. Tattooing is not just about the finished product. My husband has been going to this shop for a while and has been seeing Alfonso.The cool thing about this place is everyone has their different talents and specialties. My husand sees Alfonso, because he specializes in black and grey. I was always so jealous when he got home cus his tattoos look great. I have gone in the shop with him many times and all the employees are super cool and welcoming. I have been tattooed many times, and most of the shops I have walked in to have this unwelcoming atmosphere, and the guys working there usually have this "Im too cool" attitude. Here, everyone is just relaxed and make you feel welcome. They have an xbox in the waiting area, and some small retail items. At any given point, one of the artists are going to get food, and they always offer to get you something if you are hungry. I went in today to get my first tattoo in about 2 years from Joelle. I picked her based off her traditional tattooing style, and I was VERY impressed. She is easy to talk to, and makes sure the tattoo is what you want before getting you started. She let me take breaks when I needed it and also was very reasonable on price!! Michael, the owner is also really nice, and super funny. Every time I have been in there, he is in a good mood, talks to everyone, and if you are lucky he will pull out his guitar and walk around the shop singing (which he does very well) I would fully recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a new shop/artist. Oh, also they are very clean. That is always the most important thing to look for in a tattoo shop. Read Less

As soon as you walk in the door, everyone is cool and friendly. I've been to many shops where you walk in and the guys act as if you're disturbing them. Not these guys. I visited this shop after seeing a friends work from here.  I must admit, I was hesitant when I first walked in, the artists are very young and that does lead to an atmosphere that is also a little young.  I am not in my twenties so maybe I view businesses different these days.  However, they were very welcoming, which is a nice change.  Sometimes tattoo shops can make you feel like you are inconveniencing them for having walked through the door, that was not the case.  The place is very clean, and that is not just an eye appeal preference, it is imperative for safety in my opinion.  At the end of the day what I care about most is the actual work.  Dominic did a GREAT job on my piece, I have gotten several compliments on the quality.  Plus, the prices are very reasonable in my opinion.  I would not hesitate in the least to go back or to refer other people here. I went into this shop to replace a piece of body jewelry that I had lost. When I went in I was given below average customer service. I went to the back to have it replaced and the guy kept leaving the room with his gloves on. Gloves shouldn't be worn outside of the room and who knows what he was touching. He seemed inexperienced in placing the jewelry also and it felt tight, like the post was too short. About a week and a half later I ended up going to another local shop to have the same piece removed and replaced as the short post had caused inflammation and tenderness. This was not a new piercing so it was well healed to begin with. When the jewelry from Diamond Body Shop was removed it was RUSTED!! Quality body jewelry should not rust...especially in a week and a half!! I don't know how this shop is with tattoos but I know I would not return for anything and would not recommend them just based on this experience. Read Less
