Had a full sleeve with color done by Rick, who's the owner and 1 of 2 artists here. The attention to detail and amount of time Rick spent going over drawings and ideas with me was top notch. The 2nd artist Izzy does great work as well, and is the shops piercer. Had both my ears gauged here as well by Izzy, very professional and knowledgeable. I have going to United Tattoo for years now.  I have continuously added, re-worked and covered at this shop.  I currently have around 60% of my back covered and will continue to keep going with this shop!When I first wanted to cover, I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted to do.  Rick and Izzy helped me brainstorm ideas that would work with the cover-up and the other work I wanted to keep in the same area.  It was awesome!!  Atmosphere is relaxed and professional, you feel comfortable to express yourself.  There are no big egos to fight with here.  They won't put anything on you without your permission.  They will happily share what they think might look best but only do what you ask.  It comforting that I can trust Rick as most of my work, I cannot watch him do.You can choose from flash (print) work or these guys can draw freehand.  The possibilities are endless here!  This is the only place I recommend (and I do have friends and family that have had work done here) because I trust them.  You can too! I have been going to United Tattoo since it first opened. The owner "Rick", tattooed my entire sleeve and tattooed my entire back. Rick does amazing work, and is always going out of his way to work with his clients. Although I've never been tattooed by the other artist Izzy, I have seen his work over the years and I wouldn't hesitate to get tattooed by him. I have lots of Ink..I've been in many shops in the Valley...United is one of the best, most family friendly and professional shops by far! United is a 'real' tattoo shop, no puffy yuppie BS - a real shop with REAL ARTISTS. ALL of the tattoo artists here are just that, artists - not some scratcher that came straight out of the garage. I've got a few tattoos from here (all done by Israel). It's surprising to see that there are very few reviews on here given the business that frequents this place. However, the prices here are great and the work is decent. My fiance' and I have gotten tattoos that were simple names to entire back pieces. This place is reliable and there is no run around or issues making appointments. This is my "go to" tattoo shop. Read Less
