He is very friendly and you will enjoy talking with him while he's putting on your tattoo . His shop is immaculate and that includes the bathroom . I will give him a 100% all the way around . He also has good prices and will not break your pocket.

Absolutely fantastic! I had been working out a memorial tattoo for my grandparents for years, my momEnded up passing a few weeks ago and it lit a fire in me to incorporate all 3 of them in the same tattoo. I called classic tattoo since they were so close to home and was told to come on in any time for a consult. I stopped by yesterday (Saturday 08/25/18) around 2pm. The shop is very clean and inviting , my tattoo artist was able to draw up my vision, and tattoo me right then and there ! No waiting , no booking an appointment , just get it done right there on the spot. He had no idea how much I needed my tat done yesterday and I am forever grateful for his time and talent . My tattoo came out gorgeous. I asked for black ink only, clean lines and a simple design. I wanted my moms handwriting & my grandparents signatures to stand out and be the focal point of the piece . I got what I needed and much more. Thank you so much classic tattoo, I have already recommend you to friends and family.

I recommend Shane Jay to everyone. All of my tattoos (6)have been done by Shane or someone at his shop. I have gone to Classic Tattoo in NV and AZ over the past 18 years. I have brought 5 of my family and friends with me over the years to get tattoos as well. He is so creative and skilled at his craft I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. A few times i went In with an idea in mind and he came up with a drawing of something I hadn't even thought of to make it even better. Never disappointed. A true artist.

I am not one to post any negative comments on Yelp. However, I had to do it today!!! I was so upset and angry that I had to say something to warn you all! If I could give negative stars, I would give them a million negative stars!As you know, there are many tattoo shops around. We stopped by this one. What a HUGE mistake!!! As soon as we walked in, we got the worst customer service EVER! My friend is a war veteran and has a PTSD service dog with him. He walked into the shop with his dog that has the PTSD service vest on. The guy looked us up and down and did not even greet us. He then looked at the dog and said with major attitude...and I quote..."You can't have a dog in here. I don't care if it is a service dog." Just like that! This is a business! Where is the customer service?!? I truly believe "it's not what you say, but it's how you say it!" He could have had 4 paying customers. After that HORRIBLE experience, we will NEVER, EVER, EVER walk in there again! I recommend that you don't either!

Both this shop and his Las Vegas shops are really clean and have a good vibe to them. Clean,professional and respectful is the words I use to describe the shop. Would recommend going here to anyone who ask me I live in n. Phoenix and the shop is about 1.5 hrs away from where I live at but is truly worth the drive.

Went in and didn't get much respect from the owner Shane. While selecting or asking questions about a tattoo I received more negative feedback on placement and design, overall bad energy not sure I wanted to be tattooed by negative comments. My view, people come in from all walks of life and they should come in with regards to a unbiased atmosphere, ultimately the customer is the one who is paying. Give advice but don't add your world views into a conversation.

Before deciding on an artist I went around and checked out several places in both Gilbert and Chandler, but ended up coming back to Classic Tattoo. It's a newer location, clean, and welcoming. I didn't have to make an appointment because they take walk ins. I brought in some pictures of what I wanted and the owner Shane drew up exactly what I wanted right away. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I thought the price was very reasonable also. I am happy with my tattoo, it is even better than what I had in mind. I will be going back soon!

While on vacation from Chicago, I decided to get my first and second tattoo last month! Jordan was patient and amazing. The shop is totally clean, and Jordan and Shane were as laid back and awesome as they get. The artwork was phenomenal and even when I almost passed out...they were still cool as hell. Thanks Classic! Next time I'm in the area, I'll be back!

Went in and didn't get much respect from the owner Shane. While selecting or asking questions about a tattoo I received more negative feedback on placement and design, overall bad energy not sure I wanted to be tattooed by negative comments. My view, people come in from all walks of life and they should come in with regards to a unbiased atmosphere, ultimately the customer is the one who is paying. Give advice but don't add your world views into a conversation.

Before deciding on an artist I went around and checked out several places in both Gilbert and Chandler, but ended up coming back to Classic Tattoo. It's a newer location, clean, and welcoming. I didn't have to make an appointment because they take walk ins. I brought in some pictures of what I wanted and the owner Shane drew up exactly what I wanted right away. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I thought the price was very reasonable also. I am happy with my tattoo, it is even better than what I had in mind. I will be going back soon!
