Can you even call it “service” if your artist never shows up? If there was a negative star, I would rank this shop with that but since there isn’t, I’ll have to settle for just 1 Star. I had scheduled an appointment a week and a half ago to get my K9’s paw tattooed on my calf for my birthday, May 25. I gave them my deposit upon scheduling and on the day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I was on time for my appointment at 1pm. I was told by the front... desk girl that my artist, Jason, was not there yet and that he was on his way. I waited on a couch for about 20 minutes before she came over to me, informing me that he was 20 minutes away. By this time, it was about 1:23 so I figured by about 1:40 or so, Jason would be there. 1:45 rolls around and still no sign of my artist. She did not come up to me again to give me a time of when he was to arrive and no one offered me a different artist. Actually, no one said two words to me while I sat there waiting until 2:04 for Jason to show up. I decided to get my deposit back after calling a different tattoo shop, Divinity Tattoo, to see if I could come in to get my tattoo. Upon me receiving my deposit back, no one apologized for me having to wait an hour and no one wished that I would have a good day. I was simply handed back my money and I left the store after thanking them. When I was in my car is when my artist, Jason, finally drove into the parking lot. What a colossal waste of time! I understand if things come up and you need to reschedule. Clearly, they do not care about keeping appointment times with their clients, unless maybe you’re a veteran to their shop. I am grateful that I was able to get my deposit back, but the hour I wasted sitting there I can’t get back. Perhaps next time there is a three day weekend, they will foresee it in their best interest and in the best interests of their clients to just shut down the shop. Really appreciated the multiple eye contacts I received, however, wondering how long I would wait. Will never recommend this shop to any of my friends, but with their 5 star reviews, more than likely they won’t care. See More Read Less
