I came in for the simplest tattoo you can ask for. A heart outline and a single letter. I did not pick, scratch, rub, etc this tattoo at all. All my other ones look just fine...it's not my skin or anything. Anyways, as you can see by the picture....it looks horrendous. I am just so embarrassed to have this on my skin. Read Less

First time I went Ryan did very well on my tat. I came back 3 weeks later for another on my bicep. ITS TERRIBLE. The shading is awful and inconsistent. I could have drawn this better free handed. Now I have to spend 500+ to get it covered up, because it's a decent sized piece and it shows when wearing a t shirt. Do NOT come here, they will do good he first time but after that it's a risk. They don't give a damn about the art, just your money. Don't risk it with these people. Read Less

I had a couple of tattoos done here previously, one by Bobby that is no longer there and another by Carrie. Went in with an idea and talked with Shannon about it. We discussed price etc. He ended up doing something different than what we had originally discussed. Every time I went in he would waste time and after three hours say come back in three weeks. Started the tattoo in March. After a few months he stopped answering my texts and facebook messages and avoided finishing the tattoo. After two months of him dodging me I ended up going to another shop to get it finished. Very unprofessional. Will not do business with again. If you are thinking about getting a new tattoo or need to have one finished or fixed go to Mad Tatter in Slapout. Much more professional! TOOK MY GRANDSON TO INK FACTORY, HE GOT TWO BEAUTIFUL TATTOOS. IWENT AND GOT ONE AND IT SUCKS! ALL I WANTED WAS A BLACK ROSE WITHA BUTTERFLY, THE GIRL, CARRIE, PUT BLUE STRIPES RUNNING THROUGH THE TAT AND LITTLE TINY STARS! SHE NEVER ASKED OR TOLD ME WHAT SHEWAS DOING. ALL I EXPECTED WAS A BLACK ROSE WITH A BUTTERFLY, THAT'STHE PICTURE SHE DREW AND ALL I SAID I WANTED. NOW EVERYBODY SAYSIT LOOKS LIKE SHE USED A CRAYON AND DREW THROUGH THE TAT. DO NOTLET CARRIE DO YOUR TAT! NOW I HAV TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE REDO IT! AM NOT HAPPY!!! THEY SHOULD TELL YOU IF THEY ARE GOING TO ADD SOMETHING OR AT LEAST ASK! Greatest place around! The folks at ink factor are outstanding! Iv had them fix crappy tattoos from Outlaw, Capital City, and Oni Ink. Love this place! Shannon, the Owner & an Artist, is an amazingly great guy! The shop is cute, artistic & wildly offensive with some of the wall art & signs...love it! It's a tattoo shop, so any language is free & open...No children are allowed. Cash only. There are several artists there who will be glad to tat you up! The shop appeared clean & tidy. All staff were friendly & smiling. Shannon was extremely professional & is quite talented in recognizing the best placement for your artwork. He is artistic & his designs are amazing! Half the staff was nice and the other half were complete jerks! The female artist there was the worst and was very rude! The guy at the front desk and the artist in the reserves were the nicest! As for the tattoo it is alright I didnt get exactly what I wanted because the prices were extremely high for what it was. Also the female artist and the artist with the tattoos all over were talking bad about customers in front of other customers. I wont ever go there for another tattoo!!!! Read Less

I got a tattoo here at the advice of my ex who swore up and down they were amazing. He said it was such conviction, as if he'd seen them do a ton of beautiful tattoos. I should have researched before getting work done here. I learned after getting the tattoo that my ex had only seen them do one good tattoo (not his own either) and had apparently become friendly with that tattoo artists as a result, thus he promoted them like crazy. I got a simple tattoo, but they still managed to mess it up. The last two tattoo artists I've asked that don't work here either said it can only be fixed by a cover up or they don't even want to mess with it. Ink Factor said they could fix it by using white ink to try to hide some of the imperfections, which apparently is amateurish way to go about it. They are friendly, but they don't listen and their work is mediocre. I regret my tattoo and might have to have it removed since I don't want to cover it up with something meaningless just to get rid of the eyesore. I'm just lucky my tattoo is on an area where I don't have to look at it. Read Less

I got my 1st tattoo here and love it. I just recently got another one. I've had a lot of compliments on them. The people in this shop are friendly, professional, & clean.
