Have gotten my nose pierced here a couple of times and I'm very pleased with this business! I had no issues with my piercing, I simply forgot to put it back in.Both times, I walked in without an appointment and the piercer was able to accommodate me after a short wait. The shop and piercing areas were clean and well lit. The piercer opened sterile equipment in front of me and wore gloves the whole time. She also cleaned my nose with betadine; I've never had a piercer do this before but made me feel extra confident in the cleanliness of the entire procedure. Came in with my family to get my 16 y/o daughter nose pierced. She asked for her bday last month. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They were professional and thorough. The paperwork was easy to fill out and the kid part was a little too much. There's no way a kid will know their medical history so I found that part pointless. The be room was clean and sterilized. We weren't allowed to film but we could take pictures. She explained the complete process to Kylah as she went. She told her how to care for the piercing and gave us printed instructions. We bought a cleaning spray as well for an additional $15. The piercing was $40. Kylah didn't cry but she said it hurt like hell but she loves it. lol. She asked us to come back in a week so she can check the healing process. I loved that added tlc. I loved their professionalism. I am thinking of going back to inquire about a cover up. I went in with a piercing issue on a piercing that was done at another shop. Everyone was super nice, listened, and made sure I was well informed on what was happening and how to correct it. Tava examined the peiricing , cleaned it and gave a few instructions to help fight off a possible infection. Also setting up another visit back to check back on progress or possible next step for my healing process. They were so helpful that I won't be going back to the shop who did the previous work. I was looking for a place to get a simple black tattoo done and found this place. I was super impressed with them! Their shop was super neat and clean and everyone their was super friendly and helpful. Not only did I get my simple tattoo I wound up getting a realistic tiger tattoo that I have been wanting to get done for years but have been unable to find an artist that I have seen work from that I was willing to trust to do it. I saw Justin's work and had him do one on me. I absolutely LOVE it. He is a super artist and my tiger is absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough about how great his work is. I got my tongue web pierced this past Friday and on a pain scale it was a 7/10. Never in my life have I ever experienced a piercing so painful and I know that everyone's experience is completely different but I've been told by many different people, even professionals that this piercing should be painless. Turns out the piercer actually pierced my muscle too and put in a barbell that was WAY WAY WAY too small to accommodate for swelling. My tongue ended up swelling so bad that I couldn't even swallow my saliva because it was so painful. With the barbell being to small, it actually engulfed one side of it and grew over. I ended up going to a different shop today to get it looked at but in the end, they had the cut one side of my tongue and pull the whole barbell out of my tongue. The craziest part of this whole experience is getting the jewelry cut out of my mouth was actually A LOT more pleasant than getting pierced. I actually called Tattoo Expression and I explained what happened to the girl who answered and all she said to me was "and?" acting like it wasn't a big deal. I guess, the piercer wasn't the only one who made a mistake because I did choosing tattoo expression. If anyone is looking to get a new piercing, just go somewhere else. Read Less
