I got my tongue pierced there. Very clean facility. Bo made me feel comfortable cuz I was about to back out. Loved my experience.

Awesome. The staff is professional. They helped me with an issue they didn't even cause gave me direction on what I could possibly do to fix it. I didn't realize I'd been to them to get my daughters name tatted on me 5 years ago. If I'd come to them for this nipple piercing I wouldn't be having trouble now! Thanks Ink Factor you rock!

I'm here now. I have 3 solid bands on my wrist and just having them darkened. I had to pre-pay and quoted $120 per hour. Bill said it would take LESS than an hour but 45 minutes in telling me I will h...
I'm here now. I have 3 solid bands on my wrist and just having them darkened. I had to pre-pay and quoted $120 per hour. Bill said it would take LESS than an hour but 45 minutes in telling me I will have to pay more and asked if I brought more $$$. WTH kind of show are they running? Bill was complaining from the second I showed up. He acted disgusted that a new customer even walked in.
Moral of the story: I did not pay more, he didn't get a tip, and I will not return, but the work was pretty good.

Bow is a really cool dude, extremely nice manager. Bill is an all around amazing tattoo artist. Highly recommended getting work done here!

They screwed up my tattoo and then refused to fix it. Two of my numbers are touching so the 15 looks like a screwed up B. It didn't heal very well and that's not their fault, but touch up are supposed...
They screwed up my tattoo and then refused to fix it. Two of my numbers are touching so the 15 looks like a screwed up B. It didn't heal very well and that's not their fault, but touch up are supposed to be free. I went back 2 months later and they said i had to pay the shop minimum again (80$) for a 5 min touch up. 30 days is your time frame so i hope your tattoo heals faster than mine if you want your touch up.
