Their work is good butcthey were booked , their artists were literally standing around not doing anything. So we have to drive about 30 miles Wednesday to do it instead of being able to last night . I went to get my tragus pierced we went in and paid and blah so he was showing me piercings to use for my Tragus and they were like ugly spikes and I was like is this all you have and he showed me other ones and I chose one so we went and I sat down and he just went right ahead and was going to poke my ear. So I straight up asked him so are you not going to clean my ear first and he was like the ring is sanitized. So I should have known by this that it was a sign to leave but I didn't. So he punched a hole and tried to put the ring in and couldn't so he pushed another hole and still couldn't get the ring in. At this point My boyfriend asked if the guy knew what he was doing. He starts to say yes that it's hard because have a little ear and he has big fingers. Which a skilled pierce will know how to manage a small ear. My ear isn't that small. I'm sitting in pain and ask while he struggling to get the ring in if he has it in. He doesn't have it in at this point so I was like just stop. My ear is bloody and I was like have you done this before and he was like yeah I do it all the time. I said so I'm the only person who has a small ear then and I asked for a refund. He didn't ask me if he needed to clean it up or say sorry I just got my money and left. It was an awful experience.Read Less
