I went in yesterday and got my daith pierced and my daughter got her cartilage pierced. Kat was really nice and friendly. She explained everything to us and was really helpful. A few weeks back I got tattooed by Dread and my tattoo is really beautiful. He was nice and did a great job. I will be using them for all my tattoos and piercing to come. Read Less

I went in for a Tragus piercing and even though the girl that did mine was getting ready to get off her shift she still took the time to welcome me and pierce it. I highly recommend them. I don't know her name but she is blonde and super super sweet and she went over everything and even distracted me. I didn't even feel anything. The only reason I am giving this two stars is because I have gotten a tattoo here before from Kat. It was amazing perfect job and very professional, but lately they have been very rude and unprofessional because I have walked in 3 times this past week and have gotten no service. All I have gotten is just blank looks as if Im stupid and turned away. The tattoo I've been wanting to get is small and won't take no time at all to get done and it means a lot to me, but the first time I walked in was at 8:50 and the guy Regie I think thats his name said he had clients coming in which I understood the only problem is they were coming in at 9:30. The second time I went up there they were going on lunch break so I didn't have a problem with that, but the third and last time I came up there they had given me this look like they didn't want me there and said they are not doing anymore tattoos btw it was 10:00 when this happened and they close at 12. So if you have good experiences with these people thats fine but they have shown how seriously they take their jobs to me this past week thank you. Read Less

Went there today, not a hello, not a can we help you, not a damn word, just ignored by staff, I stood there for a good 5 min before walking out. Took my money to Gulf tattoos, on Theodore Dawes, probably a God sent message, that these assholes have poor customer service, that their work would reflect their personalities to boot. If you want a second rate tattoo at first rate prices, go ahead. Most people don't realize that the quality of the tattoo only shows after it has healed. Reggie did my tatt, I went with the person having the most experience in the shop. My tatt looks good, three feet away, but up close I can see outlines under shading that shouldn't be there, overall outline doesn't match the shape of the pic I brought in, there is loss in sharpness of the outline edges, small detailed shapes were screwed up and now I'm going to have to find someone else to redo the ink and fix this mess. Bottom line for all new and existing tattoo studios, if you don't have the experience, to do a top notch job, don't think that by charging top prices will by default make he person getting the tattoo think he has a top notch tatt.
