I went to 2 other places and the person who does the piercings had already left, I came here and they were very friendly, they didn’t have a bar long enough for my industrial so they took one out of there for sale case and used it didn’t charge me extra even though I was willing to pay extra. I was in the area and wanted to make my infinity tattoo have some life lol so I asked for water colors to go in the background of it, let me just say WILL was awesome, he explained to me that he would recommend the tattoo artist that came in later. I explained to him that I was traveling and headed back home 4 1/2 hours away. He then openly and honestly explained to me that he had never done it, but willing to give it a try. We walked in and Ms. Chelsea was as helpful and sweet as can be. I told her what I wanted and Dustin worked me in! Went back the next day and got my hand piece complete with Dustin & Chelsea’s twist on the theme I wanted. (His contemporary pieces are fucking amazing) I pretty much let him create the tattoo and I was not disappointed. Excellent service , prices, and great artwork. Wonderful place to get a piercing. Me and my best friend went to get piercing (Daith & Nose) and Matt was wonderful. He talked to us and was very friendly and cute lol He is a sweet soul and everyone was really nice. I would definitely recommend a piercing from Matt because he talks you through it and makes sure you understand the process and healing. They also take debit or credit cards. I only come in for piercings, to have the jewelry changed out or just to buy new fun jewelry in general to switch out on my own. I go in AT LEAST twice a month. Keith is my favorite. The other guy with the long black hair that does piercings sucks as far as having any customer service skills. He always has an attitude. If you're making conversation, his response is really dry and that's even if he responds at all. If you ask him a question, he answers you sarcastically like y...our dumb. Even though I was in a bad mood today I went ahead AND let him switch my piercing out and did not receive good customer service ONCE AGAIN. I was even gonna buy new belly jewelry but I didn't even want to after dealing with him. That's what led to this long ass review. And I only went in because I knew Keith was there and I thought he would be the one helping me today. It's been times where if he's there and Keith isn't, I won't even go in and I'll wait til Keith is working to go back. I’ve been both pierced and tattooed by multiple people at Kaoz and I have gotten nothing but absolutely amazing and gorgeous work done there. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and they are constantly playing some super kick music. The employees are incredible people and are highly talented and just some fantastic humans to be around. For sure a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and very clean. They definitely deserve all of your business and I encourage each and every one of you to tip them well because they do a damn good job all around. Had a bit of an emergency with my threaded tunnels today. As in, one would not come out at all... I really thought something drastic may have to happen in order to get it out. After hours of trying at home to get the back to unscrew, I went to Kaoz, waited a short amount of time, and was fixed up after a little trying, time, patience, and clamping- ear intact, no drastic solutions. I hadn’t even purchased anything at that point, and they still went above and beyond. I ended up buying some non-threaded jewelry, and their selection is nice and prices are fair. Overly priced for small tattoos. Ive been to far better places than this one. And the outcome of two of the tattoos by an apprentice is horrible. My girlfriends tattoo looks carved in. Lines are not even at all. Not completely colored in as well. The hearts we got are not even symmetrical at all. Then when i call to speak to a manager, his response was... "Well, was you not aware of it when you left?".. Sorry, there was blood still coming out. Please be aware of the artist. I was initially skeptical of this place but decided to try it based on the good reviews I read. I went there for a forward helix piercing. I was very pleasantly surprised by how thoroughly clean and sterile the whole process was. Not only was ALL the equipment sterile, but my ear was wiped and cleaned many, many times before being pierced. The gentleman also confirmed many times the location I wanted my piercing before completion. The actual process was quick and painless and the gentleman who did the piercing was very friendly and put me at ease (hard to do since I am so shy). Afterward, he even told me that if I had ANY problems, to please come back and they would remedy the problem. Since leaving... I have had no pain with my piercing (also a rarity for me)! I cannot be happier with the whole experience...it was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. I will definitely be back for future piercings. Giving 4 stars because Matt did a very awesome job at changing out my jewelry. It was quite difficult so I was impressed. However I had my helix pierced by the other piercer and he done it with a 14g. I have struggled for 2 weeks to even get it to stop hurting. 14g was entirely to large for my ear . I have changed the jewelry and it has done so much better just in 2 days time. Read Less

My daughter and I sat in Dustins chair last night. Her for her first tattoo and me for a full chest piece. Four hours later both of us were leaving with huge smiles! Dustin was both professional and comfortable to sit for and talk to. I've been to several other shops around town but I have officially found my new artist. My daughter and I were also recently pierced by Keith and were very happy with our experience. Again, he was very professional but down to earth and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions with no judgement and made us feel like we were a priority even though they stayed very busy. All the workers here are very knowledgeable, helpful and non-judgemental. I got both my cartilage and my nose piercings done here. My mom also got her cartilage piercing done here as we got them done together. Both experiences we great (about a year apart). The shop is clean and they work fast. The guy that did my cartilage was a sweetheart. I tried to get him to do my nose too but he wasn't available that day so I got someone else who was kind of rude but did great work so I'm not too bothered by that. We've had zero problems with our piercings and if I decide to get more I'll definitely be coming back here. Read Less

I went there  for my helix and industrial piercings.  They are extremely friendly, fast, professional, and CLEAN.  You will not see anyone using a piercing gun, unlike the friggin' mall.  Their prices are reasonable and fair. Read Less
