READ THIS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE NO REGRETS! Steven has done 2 of my tattoos. The first one he did is boring and not vibrant like I wanted it but I stupidly decided to give him a second chance. Made the appointment at 1 for me and a friend to get 2 small tattoos (no more than 45 minutes) and to get my free touch up that he guarantees with every tattoo to make the first tattoo how I want it. Not only did we not get out of there until 5 but he didn't even fix the other tattoo due to lack of time. He spent 2 1/2 hours ordering pizza, talking on the phone, shooting a bow and arrow out back, and eating the pizza. He took my number and told me he would call me the next day at a good time to come in, but I never received a call. I moved out of town and now have to pay someone else to cover/touch up his work. The second tattoo I got from him is the most painful tattoo I've endured. Its a simple shape with color in it. He couldn't get the lines straight and kept digging into my skin and going over and over causing extreme UNNECESSARY pain, and the finished piece still came out uneven. I have several tattoos all over my body and this is by far the WORST. It still hasn't healed, has turned into a huge scab, and honestly it looks infected. If it looks this bad tomorrow I'm going to a doctor to get it looked at (have to spend even more money). Also, he charged my friend and I $100 for this tattoo that is barely 2 inches. He's done bigger more colorful tattoos for cheaper while I've been in the shop, clearly ripping me off. There are several other tattoo artists in huntsville that do the job right for the right price. Their art may be beautiful but after a "professional" encounter with Amber, I would NEVER recommend this place of business. In the community, you should always hold and represent yourself in the highest regard and with the utmost respect for others as your actions and words reflect your true character. Recently, Amber came into our place of business and after the highest quality of personalized care and treatment, not only did she decide not to pay for her services rendered (knowing in advance what those charges would be), she put a hole in our wall, which required a police report and charges to be filled. In my personal opinion, she should have been very embarrassed of her actions; instead, she was verbally abusive to our team members and she attempted to slander our name/reputation in the community with false accusations both on the business and the character of the owner/team members. I stepped into No Regrets after having researched, visited, and compared numerous other shops in the area and have since had each expectation exceeded further. Ten years into collecting ink the piece that I ended up having done by Stephen is by no means my first, but by far the best. I could not give enough praise to this shop. The shop itself is every bit of clean, well kept, and comfortable. Stephen was friendly and inviting and showed sincere attention, interest, and feedback towards the sketches to be done. His advice clearly stemmed from his desire for the absolute best execution of the piece. With the exception of minor scheduling delays, at no point during my session, or any point leading up to it, did I feel lost among a crowd of customers. No Regrets is a shop where I feel that the work is being done for the accomplishment of the work to the best of abilities first and for the address of their fees, which are very reasonable, second. I am not commonly one to make recommendations, but No Regrets deserves every bit of praise. They earn it. I will definitely be back for new work and probably work on some old pieces as well. There was only one person working at the time and the tattoo artist (who was tattooing at the time) had her announce across the shop what kind of piercing she wanted done. If you want a new tattoo or piercing, No Regrets is THE place to go. So far I've gotten two tattoos there. Both were done by Amber and I LOVE them so much! I get compliments all the time! I'll definitely be going back! Read Less

This studio is very clean and has an inviting atmosphere. The staff was very courteous. Stephen did an outstanding job on my Tattoo today. I will definately return for some more ink the next time I am in Alabama. Thanks again, and definately No Regrets! Read Less
