Rude and couldn't be bothered to discuss with me about the art I was hoping to get. Yes I did walk in 15 minutes before closing .... But I didn't walk in hoping to get a tat right then. I just wanted to discuss maybe see a portfolio book... Talk about the artist drawing up my ideas so that I could see if they were catching my vision.... Rude dude said 'we close in 10 minutes give me 50.00 and we can make an appointment to discuss' which if that's how they run their business fine...it's their business... But he was rude. While many will recommend blue rose, we have tried both and a variety of other parlors and timepiece is our favorite. They were a great place for my partner to get his first tattoo done. While I can't remember our artists name, he is a bald guy and very detail oriented. Made us feel comfortable by chatting with us while he did his work. Timepiece was recommended by a friend, went in for my first tattoo had a great experience here at this shop my Artist was James he did an amazing job. James and Seejay both were really friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with my new tattoo. This was my first experience here, and it will definitely be the last. I got completely ripped off, and did not get what I thought I was paying for and had to pay anyway. I have many tattoos so I know what good work is and how price should be, and all they care about here is taking your money. Very disappointed because the tattoo was very meaningful to me, took him maybe 30 minutes and I was asked 150 for it. No detailing whatsoever, and I was just a walk in for a 150 dollar tattoo... From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out...they were completely wonderful! Their work is of the highest quality in North Alabama. Their customer service is exceptional! The guy (I think his name is Seejay) does the coolest sketch tats I have ever seen and the girl (I think her name is Shayna) does the most awesome portraits out there. The shop was completely clean and sanitary and I was impressed with every aspect of both the business and the art.
