This is by far the cleanest and best tattoo studio I've been to. It's good enough for me to send my mom there too! I had my belly pierced from here a while ago. They told me to come back and they will change out the ring, I did and they refused to take the time to help me unscrew the jewelry and told me I need to come back later. Really? Nobody could take 15 second to help me out? Read Less

They were very fast and professional. I got my nose pierced and it was painless and fast and I love it. They pierced it for a low cost. I've compared price with other shops and they were the cheapest and I was told to go here by other friends of mine and I will say I will be going back for tattoos. employee wasn't very polite and wasn't friendly, didn't even tell me his name, check for id or anything that required human interaction beside the actual tattooing. The employees seemed very irritated that I came in an hour before close to get a tattoo that took two minutes. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I am very pleased with the final result of my tattoo. After researching to find the artists name I don't beleive it is David or Sam. Read Less

The lights are on, and it say open yet I get basically forced out of the store as soon as i walked in with a "were closed". yelled at me. Then I get physically threatened by a worker. Not a very nice place. Maybe these guys had a long day but I have never felt that intimidated by people that are SUPPOSED TO BE in the business of providing good customer service. The experience we had at The Tattoo Lady was wonderful; everyone was very polite/personable and easy to talk to. My husband had two tattoos done, both by Sam, and they are exceptional!!! Sam exceed our expectations greatly, he is definitely a true artist. One of the tattoos my husband got was a wedding ring; the amount of detail and time Sam took really shows….the ring is beautiful. I went in to price a tattoo the other day. Dave looked at my drawing and made suggestions how to make it better. For one, it needed to be a good bit larger to get the detail in it to last. He did not want to do any tattoo that would not maintain its integrity for many years to come. He gave me a very good price and I went in to have the work done. Great experience. Very clean, very friendly, everyone in the was treated like family. I was included in conversations going on around me (great for distracting me from the needles) and got to know about Daves values as an artist, owner and person. He is a quality person and excecellent tattoo artist. He did a better job than I thought was possible with the design I provided.
