Jeff was very sweet and gave me all the information that I needed to know before I got my industrial. He was very patient while explaining the placement. Went in with a group of girls today to get piercings. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the whole process and make everyone feel comfortable. He was very professional and everything was extremely clean and sanitary. I got part of my ear pierced and it was quick and painless. Very happy with the whole experience and will be going back in a few weeks to get my septum pierced. I've gotten piercings done around town and this is the best place I've been. Other parlors treated my first tiny cross/verse tat as an inconvenience. Jeff had all the patience in the world and treated my tiny tattoo as if I were getting a full sleeve. I came here the other day to get my nose pierced and I had a great experience! I was really nervous but Jeff told me when to breath in and out during it which kept me calm and I honestly barely felt any pain I think just for that reason. I've been coming to Devotion for several years now and have had numerous pieces done by Jeff: two script tattoos, two small outline tattoos, a re-color on a massive tattoo that I already had, and he is currently working on a half-body tattoo for me that we are a few sessions into. Every single piece that he has done has come out exactly as I wanted. He's helped me with ideas and changes to make my plan/s be even better. I went in with a very mixed up idea of what I wanted a week or so ago and Jeff was amazing at helping me really put it on paper. I had a unique design that incorporated all of what I wanted out of the design in a series of pictures and he was able to create exactly what I was wanting and able to give expert advice on what could be done to improve the original vision. He was very professional and this was my first tattoo. He treated me with respect and was very clear on instru...ctions and whatnot. I ended up being able to come in early today which was a plus. The work was done beautifully and even though I was a big chicken in the beginning he kept me calm and was great to talk to through the process. It really helped to have someone really down to earth and intelligent to conversate with. I'm sure I babbled enough to talk his ear off! He didn't seem to mind. The shop was very clean and the work was done very well. I got to see him set up as well. I got a great price for what I was wanting and it was a great experience. I will definitely be back for additional work! Highly recommend if you want an artist that will really put some hard work into creating what you want out of a design or even a brand new design that was jumbled like my idea. This is one of the few shops in town I will actually go to. Great artists who spend the time to make sure you get what you want. Can be a lil expensive at times, but the work is worth it. If u are looking a shop that's not gonna just slap somethin on ya n throw ya out the door this is the shop for you. Serious art by serious artists. Read Less
