Im very please with my experience. when i went in i was immediately greeted and told i could have my tattoo done that day (even though i fully expected to have to make an appointment for the following day). She was very talkative which made me feel more comfortable. We waited just a little while while the artist Josh drew up our design. We were pretty annoying with what we wanted but he made it perfect and unique. As awkward as i was he stayed very patient and calm with me. Josh was very respectful of me and my sisters privacy and would help us fix our sheet when it fell. They played great music and it smelled great. Overall the price was more than fair and you catch a very good vibe inside the shop. I 100% recommend and i will be returning for my next tattoo.Update: i went back to get my belly button pierced. I am very happy i found a place i feel so comfortable going to. The woman who did my piercing was very calm and funny! Shes so nice and makes sure youre okay while doing her job! She was very respectful of my sister and i and told us stories about her experiences doing this job. Shes so gentle while working, but was also quick at what she was doing. I still 110% recommend this place.

Great service and artist. Got my tattoo from Andrew cutrell, upper left forearm and this dude just hammered at it. No breaks unless I wanted one, but this guy just kept going 2 hours non-stop at one point 15 minute break killed another 2 hours. Dude knew his stuff super friendly and trys hard to give you exactly what you want. I sent him a picture of what I wanted and he did further research to see my photo was missing something and added to make it look more realistic.super clean shop comfortable canvas chairs and solid craftsmanship. 10 stars easily.

She is quick, clean, and efficient with the piercing and does a great job at emphasizing how important aftercare is. After researching ear piercing at the prompting of my eldest daughter I learned that tattoo establishments offer a more efficient and sanitary ear piercing option than what can be said of the "gun" method that I was familiar with. I took my 10 year old daughter (who has a tendency to grow anxious at the mere thought of discomfort) to Susanna Robbins (who had previously done a beautiful tattoo on my eldest daughter) to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Susanna explained everything that she was about to do and was so great that my daughter didn't even realize when the actual piercing occurred. Yay!! I highly recommend Susanna for a very safe, sterile, and pleasant piercing experience

I've gotten two piercings here within the past month and both experiences have been wonderful, mainly because of Susanna. She's so friendly and welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the piercing process. For both my conch and rook piercings, my placement requests were a little difficult (all the way toward outer cartilage for conch, very close to inner ear but still visible for rook) and Susanna pierced both of them exactly where I wanted them with no p...roblems at all. She's quick, clean, and efficient with the piercings and does a great job at emphasizing how important aftercare is. I also want to mention that on the night I got my rook pierced, the shop was supposed to close at 9pm but Susanna fit me in and stayed past closing without making me feel rushed at all; this shows how willing she is to go above and beyond to make customers happy. The shop also gives off a really cool vibe and everyone else I've met there has been just as friendly and professional. If you're considering a piercing, I very highly recommend Susanna at Art-I-Facts. See More

I love this place! The owner is hella cool, VERY knowledgeable and I enjoy the rest of the staff as well. It's also not your ordinary tattoo shop. The vibe is very eclectic and it doesn't feel like a sterile metal punk rock box (which isn't a bad thing, I just like the warmth and energy here). Everyone specializes in their own style and that's nice for me, the customer. Who doesn't like options and variety? Anyway, this is the only tattoo shop I'd go to in all of Alabama. Plus, they put on a kick ass expo every year too!

What an awesome experience!!!! My husband and I came in on Saturday night. We had a 5pm appt time with Keno who was referred to us by some close friends. We drove from Lawrenceburg TN to Huntsville to get our tatts. We both got extensive tattoos that took til 2 am to complete. Keno was amazing!!!! He took a lot of time drawing up exactly what we wanted and authenticating our tatts. He was so sweet and just a real kinda guy. We both have several tatts and this was the best experience we have ever had!!! The whole staff was amazing and friendly. They all joked around with us. The atmosphere was so laid back. Keno does amazing work and is very dedicated to his tattoos. He is a perfectionist and it shows!!! Thank you so much Keno and you will be seeing a lot of us!

The building this is in looks a little run down, so I didn't know what to expect. But I was thoroughly surprised when I walked in the shop. I was immediately greeted warmly and they provided answers to all of my questions. While I was waiting I got to look at the artists portfolio on a flat screen TV on a comfortable couch, not to mention the shop is very clean. And last but most importantly, the work I got done looks amazing!! Check this place out if you are looking for a professional shop that provides great work.

My husband and I went in for his and her tattoos. This would be my husband’s first tattoo. Shykeim the owner was awesome. He worked with what we wanted and our budget. We both got amazing tats. My husband already has plans on going back for his next tattoo. We would both recommend this shop for close friends and family.

She is quick, clean, and efficient with the piercing and does a great job at emphasizing how important aftercare is. The shop also gives off a really nice vibe and plus have great customer service, friendly and professional. If you're considering a piercing, I very highly recommend Susanna at Art-I-Facts.

After researching ear piercing at the prompting of my eldest daughter I learned that tattoo establishments offer a more efficient and sanitary ear piercing option than what can be said of the "gun" method that I was familiar with. I took my 10 year old daughter (who has a tendency to grow anxious at the mere thought of discomfort) to Susanna Robbins (who had previously done a beautiful tattoo on my eldest daughter) to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Susanna explained everything that she was about to do and was so great that my daughter didn't even realize when the actual piercing occurred. Yay!! I highly recommend Susanna for a very safe, sterile, and pleasant piercing experience

I've gotten two piercings here within the past month and both experiences have been wonderful, mainly because of Susanna. She's so friendly and welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the piercing process. For both my conch and rook piercings, my placement requests were a little difficult (all the way toward outer cartilage for conch, very close to inner ear but still visible for rook) and Susanna pierced both of them exactly where I wanted them with no p...roblems at all. She's quick, clean, and efficient with the piercings and does a great job at emphasizing how important aftercare is. I also want to mention that on the night I got my rook pierced, the shop was supposed to close at 9pm but Susanna fit me in and stayed past closing without making me feel rushed at all; this shows how willing she is to go above and beyond to make customers happy. The shop also gives off a really cool vibe and everyone else I've met there has been just as friendly and professional. If you're considering a piercing, I very highly recommend Susanna at Art-I-Facts. See More

I love this place! The owner is hella cool, VERY knowledgeable and I enjoy the rest of the staff as well. It's also not your ordinary tattoo shop. The vibe is very eclectic and it doesn't feel like a sterile metal punk rock box (which isn't a bad thing, I just like the warmth and energy here). Everyone specializes in their own style and that's nice for me, the customer. Who doesn't like options and variety? Anyway, this is the only tattoo shop I'd go to in all of Alabama. Plus, they put on a kick ass expo every year too!

I haven't gotten any tattoos here (yet) but I've seen their work and it is amazing! I would highly reccomend this place to everyone!

So I call the day of and tell them my situation and I hear him in the back ground going oh she didn't make an appointment blah blah blah. So they tell me he doesn't have any time to do it at all today. It's really shitty and unprofessional. I had to request off work and I missed out on earning money to be stood up.

What an awesome experience!!!! My husband and I came in on Saturday night. We had a 5pm appt time with Keno who was referred to us by some close friends. We drove from Lawrenceburg TN to Huntsville to get our tatts. We both got extensive tattoos that took til 2 am to complete. Keno was amazing!!!! He took a lot of time drawing up exactly what we wanted and authenticating our tatts. He was so sweet and just a real kinda guy. We both have several tatts and this was the best experience we have ever had!!! The whole staff was amazing and friendly. They all joked around with us. The atmosphere was so laid back. Keno does amazing work and is very dedicated to his tattoos. He is a perfectionist and it shows!!! Thank you so much Keno and you will be seeing a lot of us!

The building this is in looks a little run down, so I didn't know what to expect. But I was thoroughly surprised when I walked in the shop. I was immediately greeted warmly and they provided answers to all of my questions. While I was waiting I got to look at the artists portfolio on a flat screen TV on a comfortable couch, not to mention the shop is very clean. And last but most importantly, the work I got done looks amazing!! Check this place out if you are looking for a professional shop that provides great work.
