Absolutely wonderful experience! Pricing for our two piercings was very reasonable and the guy who did them was extremely nice. My sister and I decided to get Tragus and Daith piercings while here on vacation and as soon as we walked in the door I had a feeling we were a green light (my sister doesn’t do well with needles and such). Gentleman that pierced us was very informative and made me feel like he was an old friend. The piercings themselves look awesome and are placed in perfect spots! I’ve never had a better experience in a tattoo/piercing shop... super friendly, nice guy full of knowledge about care and his practice. Very clean and sterile too! Gave us tons of info about aftercare and made sure we understood everything during the process. Definitely recommend this place for anyone else looking for an enjoyable experience while getting art or piercings.

Awesome shop!! Very clean shop and amazing artists. Went in while on vacation with my hubby and had JC do our tattoos. They turned out to be our best tattoos thus far. And that’s saying something seeing as though this was my 15th tattoo. Our daughter also got her first tattoo by Bruce and it turned out great too. We are actually planning on driving from Georgia to get the rest of our tattoos done by them as well. To us it’s worth a 7 hour drive to have JC or Bruce do our tattoos. They are amazing!!!!

My husband got a tattoo while I was getting mine. Bruce listened to his ideas and added a few of his own. He did an awesome job on his tattoo. It was a great experience. Will definitely recommend both of these gentlemen. Awesome job guys and thanks!

JC did a phenomenal job with both my tattoo and my husband's. This was my first tattoo and he made me feel so comfortable and helped me relax through the whole time. Our tattoos have clean lines and beautiful colors. He made sure to get all of the small details into them as well. I hope to come back here soon for my next piece. Would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking to get some work done. His portfolio is amazing!!!

This is hands down the best studio in LA! I have never had a better experience than at Great Southern and I have gotten ink in Nashville, Houston, San Diego and Las Vegas! JC is the absolute epitome of professionalism! He truly cares about his clients and his art! I came in wanting something very significant to me and the situation I was going through! He wanted to know the details and gave suggestions after he heard my story! We had an excellent conversation while he was working on me! This guy is amazing! So caring and kind! He seriously loves what he does and takes real pride in his work! The shop is impeccably clean and the atmosphere is awesome! I love Great Southern and will NEVER go anywhere else! This is the ONLY place for ink in my opinion! Give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

Bruce is a great guy. He is not happy until you are. Sometimes if he thinks it would look better another way he will run it by you. If you want a hack job there are plenty of scratchers nearby. He tends to have a little rough exterior but he is a true artist and very enjoyable to talk to. His shop is extremely clean.
