Came here for a simple line work tattoo. I had a clear photo of what I wanted and they made a stencil. Except the guy that did mine didn't follow the stencil AT ALL. The lines are all uneven and different widths and sizes. When he started the tattoo, he propped my arm on HIS KNEE WHILE HE SAT ON A ROLLING STOOL. He was extremely heavy handed and did the whole thing in like three minutes. I'm currently waiting for it to heal so I can go to a PROFESSIONAL and have it touched up. Never returning. Read Less

I would recommend going to Chelsea, she has done all of my work on my leg and arms. She is so nice to talk to during the session, asks if you need a break in between times. The atmosphere there is welcoming, the whole crew is awesome. They make you feel like family when you're there. Read Less

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Not only did my tattoo get ruined (my first tattoo by the way on my wrist at that) but the women "Marla" was so completely rude it was disgusting. I tried to explain to her that i wanted the wings on the dragonfly to be the same shape, size ect. EVEN!!! or as close to it as possible as i know nothing is perfect. HOWEVER when i jokingly said I'm kinda OCD like that, her snarky response to me was "you know they make medication for that right" and when it was complete and VERY obviously not even at all, she rudely said "I'm not a robot and all you care about are the imperfections"  Very unprofessional in my opinion. But honestly the worst part is i believe she messed up my tattoo on purpose. I understand i can be a tiny but difficult but in this situation i feel like it's ok to be picky. i walked in knowing exactly what i wanted and it was not rude or sassy in any way when explaining and drawing the tattoo out as an example. Bottom line. I went to Nashville and got it as close to fixed as can be short of a full cover up and will not return to North Alabama Ink for my next tattoo. PS. I know no one is perfect nor is any single tattoo but when you can't trace a stencil as a tattoo artist should you even have a job?. Read Less

I wish I didn't have to give this business any stars. Service seemed extremely unprofessional and environment did not seem sanitary. I received a nostril piercing from them as my first facial piercing and the "professional" that helped me did nothing to ease my nerves, all she did was sit me down and stick a needle in my nose. I did not receive ANY after care information at all. There was fast food on the desk and a straightening iron plugged in in the "room" (more like a stall) where the piercing was done. There were the "professional's" children running around the trailer which made me even more nervous. Now fast forward a month and my piercing is infected!!! I properly sanitized the piercing and took care of it after having to look up information that should have been provided to me. Poor communication and customer service, unprofessional staff and unsanitary environment...DEFINITELY would NOT recommend coming here!!!!!! Read Less
