I was lucky enough to be tattooed by pony who typically stays booked out a month in advance but graciously fit me in. He listened to my ideas and then sketched a perfect tattoo for me. Along with pony the other guys were all incredibly nice and welcoming. I was so nervous while I was waiting to get my nose pierced( yep, i only had my ears pierced at that time....just the basic 1 hole in each lobe..and did those as a young child)...so I was definitely a "newbie" to the whole body piercing thing...but when it came my "time"... So I had some free time and thought I would check this place out. Maybe schedule for a new tat. I'm prior military so I've been all around the world and have gone into a ton of studios and by far this place is the worst as far as organization. I was in there like 10 minutes and nobody up front asked how they could help me, for that matter it didn't seem like they even had a receptionist. Just got another tattoo done by Pete and as always, it was a pleasure. The guys here are super friendly and go above and beyond to make their clients feel comfortable. I've also had a few piercings done by Aaron who really takes the time to ensure everything is even and that the piercing and jewelry you want will work best for the shape and size of your ear(s)/other body part(s). Although the guys here occasionally offer flash tattoo days (Which are a great idea for someone who is still experimenting with the different styles of tattooing that they like best or can't spend a lot of money on a tattoo), I wouldn't recommend them to someone who is looking for some bullshit cheap ass tattoo. We just had an amazing experience with Aaron. We took our 4 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. It was her own decision but when there are needles/pain involved, we all know they usually panic a bit. Aaron was excellent with her, very calming and patient. Went with my sister to get a nose ring. They were fast and efficient. I think my big surprise and what makes me so happy with my experience and prompts me to give my full recommendation was the professionalism that we encountered. They were kind, but to the point and very instructive on the go-home care of the piercing. It felt like a top notch experience, and I was in a tattoo parlor :)I also loved that they were passing out flyers for the humane society and showed genuine love and care for the community.
