I went to Deep South 7 years ago and got a tattoo. Ryan did it. I noticed a darker spot next to it in my hand. I went back for a touch up and they were rude about it. They accused me of picking at my tattoo, but really, Ryan went too deep, which scarred it up. And I asked them about the darker spot, Ryan said, "I don't know what you did to it." I had to look it up. It's called a blowout, caused by going too deep and at the wrong angel. I went just weeks ago to get my septum pierced by Heather. It was crooked. I went back the same day for her to fix it. She tried but the ring slipped back out. She asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to just come back later. I chose to come back later. So I did and it was crooked again. Both times was noticeable, too. I let the second time heal, though, to see if it would set in, and it didn't. I went back for a refund. Ryan's wife/girlfriend said no. I explained that Heather offered me one the first time so she said I needed to talk to her. I called and Heather said she didn't know since that was the day of, she let me speak to Ryan's wife/girlfriend again, she said they can pierce it again or do another piercing. But why go back a third time, right? I was also overcharged. So I lost $40 to them for nothing. Oh, and I posted on Facebook how I was unsatisfied with their work and what had happened, Ryan personally messaged me and told me how he had already contacted their attorney, Brandon Little, that I would be getting a call from him soon because I was immature and my post was slander. Even though it was not slander. So he lied and threatened me. But I rarely ever hear of anyone being satisfied with them. I should have known better than to go back to them. DON'T GO TO DEEP SOUTH TATTOO!!You will more than likely be unsatisfied if you do. Read Less
