Chance, does his best to please... even if he thinks another way would be the best he does what the customer ask... He is a Christian and the shop is awesome and clean

Was not sterilized before piercing. Piercing was put in upside down. Daughters lip piercing wasn't sterilized was put so close to lip that the horseshoe stood up and had to be pushed sideways to stay....
Was not sterilized before piercing. Piercing was put in upside down. Daughters lip piercing wasn't sterilized was put so close to lip that the horseshoe stood up and had to be pushed sideways to stay. The backside actually went through part of her lip, not below. Neither of us were told what Gage our jewelry was. Lip became so infected, although we cleaned it and had to look it up as to how to do it. No aftercare was told to us. We will not be going back or will not refer to friends.

I've been to this shop on multiple occasions, for piercings and tattoos. It was hands down, the best atmosphere and experience I've had. Chance is amazing and I would recommend him for everything.
