I went here about 5 days ago now & got my nose pierced i got little purple stud & i absolutely LOVE it, the girl here was so very helpful in so many ways & very nice to me.. She also told me that pink kinda looks like a blemish from far away in her opinion.. Bc pink was like a go 2 duhhh for me but after hearing that i am SO glad i went with PURPLE & she made my experience awesome & some what less painful keeping my mind off what was happening in a way.. They are very professional, talented, and helpful. Yesterday i had a nose piercing done by someone else (not this place) but i went in to Tattoo Expressions 3hrs after my piercing because the place i went to didnt tell me the proper way to clean it. Anyways i went in here and the lady was so sweet and understanding she help me purchase the cleaning spray that i needed told me how to keep it clean and she also gave me an aftercare sheet. They are complete jerks, I was going in there one night to check into the pricing of a tattoo then going next door to enjoy my night out at a friends bar. All of the business in the shopping center share a parking lot & there are not assigned parking places for any of the business. After I left this place & was walking next door they yelled out the door for me to move my G-Damn car or it was going to be towed since I was not their customer. I told them that I was not parked directly in front of their store & that it is open parking. They said they did not want the bar customers parking near the store because their real customers could not come in. I had my navel pierced here, and I couldn't be happier. The owner, Darin Cooper, was the one who pierced me. When we walked in, we were instantly greeted and he got right to helping me pick out jewelry and doing the paper work. We went back to the piercing room, and he sterilized and marked my belly and then I laid in the chair. He didn't use clamps on me, he just used a piercing tube, but I liked it that way. He told me to take deep breaths, and then he pierced me! He put the jewelry in it, and all I could say was, 'that was it?" It was quick, and relatively painless. The piercing didn't bleed until later, and it was my fault that it bled, and it's been healing quickly and nicely. I received in depth after care instructions, as well as a sheet to take home reminding me of what to do. I'm very pleased with the care I received, as well as my piercing. I was a visitor of this establishment around 9:30-10 pm on 8/17/12. I was there to watch my little sister having added the date of birth/death for my mom to her angel wings she had gotten there before hand. I was impressed with the angel wings my sister hand gotten so I told her I would accompany her to have the dates filled in and maybe talk to someone about enhancing my own tats. I only have two. One is a Celtic cross which was done very well but I overpaid for it, the next is an Alabama A that wasn't very much but it is more red than needed. I started talking with the guy up front while my sister is getting her ink done. Instead of getting the sense that they guy up front would like to help me, when I show him my ink and explain my situation all he wants to do is call other people over so they can look at me and make jokes of the mistakes that I had already told them I had made instead of lending a helpful and understanding ear. I told the guy I was displeased and he wanted to "talk to me outside" which I agreed. When we were outside, he belittled me in-front of his friends. This place has done very well for my sister, but if you are a GUY or just someone looking to have a touch up done THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE! You will be judged even though that is so unnecessary. This tattoo parlor will never get my business! Walked in with a friend to get a tattoo and of the two people that were sitting at the front desk, neither one of them spoke to us or asked if we needed any help. When a white couple came in one of the two staff members jumped up to assist them instantly then another white person came in and the guy jumped up to help them instantly also! This was very unprofessional, rude and just flat out prejudice! I have never experienced such awful service and racism in my face!
