Everyone spoke so highly of this place, but I am NEVER going back. I set an apoitment with Jay. He was late abt 20 mins. Then when he arrived it took him a moment to set up which I understand, but what aggravated me is that after he set up he went to smoke a cigarette which took another 10 mins. By this time I almost waited an hr. No apologies from him. His coworkers apologized for him before he arrived to tattoo shop. I gave him my drawing of tattoo which was all ready the way I wanted it. It was my little brothers name. When he applied the stencil I looked over it it looked fine. He tattooed the name upside down. So when he was done the name had 5 mistakes. Had a great experience getting my lobe and daith pierced. From the second I walked into the store, I was welcomed and put at ease. I got my helix pierced by Chaz. I was a little nervous, but he quickly put me at ease. He let me know exactly what he was doing, and wore gloves and a mask and cleaned my ear really well before he did anything. He was super sweet and professional. Would definitely recommend! Read Less

On Friday, 2/25, I got my tongue web pierced at a different shop. The guy who pierced it probably pierced the muscle rather than just the web which made the swelling so much worse than what it should have been. The next two days, my mouth was so swollen that I couldn't even swallow my own saliva because of how much pain I was in. Because of the swelling and my original piercer using too small of a barbell, my skin ended up growing over one side. I went to Good Neighborhood today (3/1) and Chaz ended up having to cut one side to pull the whole barbell out. Everything was extremely sterile and Chaz was so gentle that it actually hurt LESS for him to cut the jewelry out than actually getting pierced from the other piercer. I am so thankful for the people who recommended me to go to Chaz because he was absolutely fantastic. Read Less
