Toper was amazing! I love my nose piercing. They're very clean and fast. I was really more focused on the breathing exercises than the piercing and it was over in like 2 seconds. No one is certified to do the work theyre doing . Litteraly none of the pierces there are registered with the APP association of professional piercers. All Jewelry is low qualifity titanium & 316L surgical steel and does not belong in the body let alone a fresh piercing. Never going to this 'establishment' again. Went there today to have my nose ring put back in. The idiot I talked to flat out refused to put it in, saying that he didn't agree with the type of nose ring i bought because it was from Claire's. I've had my nose pierced 6 years and never had an issue with Claire's so I told him it was fine. He looked high, and stared into my eyes for 45 seconds before responding to each question I had. I came with a friend last night to get her first tattoo. They were booked Friday when she came in so they told her to come back Saturday. When we got there Saturday, the girl up front told us that they could do the tattoo , but it would be a long wait...that was fine with us. She signed her name in and got the guy at the the computer to write out her tattoo in the script she wanted. We had been waiting for around 2 1/2 hours when the tattoo artist came out and told us "he hated to be the bearer of bad news"... Said that they all had been doing tattoos for over 10 hours and were too tired to do another one! Why wait over two hours to tell us this?!?!?! He told us we could come back Sunday and they could definitely do it then, and no need for an appointment...ummm, no thank you! It was completely ridiculous! I do not recommend this place. Read Less

Went last week while I was on vacation from minnesota and got the pleasure of meeting gabe he did my tattoo on my back he was awesome he was nice and was willing to take a break when I almost passed out I will deff be coming back in the summer to get another tattoo thanks gabe for being great. This place has gone to hell.... worst customer interaction ever. No one speaks to you when you walk in or greets you. Shitty attitudes from every employee there. So i had a chest piece of a poem i wanted done.  Came in checked the portfolio of my artist that was going to do it.  So we exchanged ideas and she said she will put out some designs and get back to me.  I stressed the importance of my deadline because i was leaving in June(it was may at the time).  So  after a couple days i called in to see if the design was done, she replied that it wasn't and to gall back in a couple days.  So i gave her another week, she said the same thing, gave her another week, called again, and i got the same story.  so i gave her another week and she said it wasn't done but i can come down and she what she has.  So i did, it was the poem in cursive, like i asked and she said its taking so long because she is moving into a new house and there's so many words, i said ok.  So the next week i called because from what i saw it should be done,  the receptionist answered and said she has no clue where she's at and don't know when she will be back. Thats the most unprofessional thing i have ever seen.  Like this is how you make your money, if you don't want it thats fine...I saw a commercial i believe saying under new management but from that bull ill never return, theres better shops Read Less
