I came in about a month ago hoping to get a triple forward helix piercing, but Brett recommended I opt for one or two as my ears are particularly small -- I decided on the former. He was very professional, explaining why it would need to be performed with a labret and highlighting the importance of aftercare. He pierced me quickly and painlessly, even complimenting my ability to sit through it, and -- most importantly -- used a needle as opposed to a gun (which would have damaged the cartilage but some less careful parlours do). He also handed me a form detailing the steps to disinfecting the fresh piercing and tips on identifying an infection; this reassured me whenever I felt I was not looking after it well enough. I recommended him to a friend and will soon be returning to get help replacing the initial labret. Read Less

I got three ear piercings (two lobes and a tragus all in the same ear) yesterday. As a huge wimp, I was really nervous when I first arrived but was soon made to feel very at ease. All three piercings were super quick and relative painless. Brett was very patient when I was being a little bit indecisive about whether or not to go ahead with the tragus piercing but was happy to address my concerns and didn’t try to rush my decision. The soreness lasted about 1-2 hours after leaving the studio but I’ve not felt any discomfort whatsoever since, even when cleaning. All in all I’m very happy with the experience and end result (just hoping I don’t cock up the healing process) and would happily return for any future piercings. Thank you! Read Less

Came in on Monday got my ears and belly done, along side my friend getting her lip done... brilliant service never been so relaxed getting a piercing before! My daughter and I went today for a daith piercing. She was fine, I was terrified as I'd read lots about it being really painful. Brett was great, explained everything really well and made us feel comfortable. It didn't hurt at all and was over really quickly. Got a daith piercing for my own birthday present and my sister a second lobe piercing for her birthday, and I'm so glad I chose this studio! Not only did it come highly recommended by the locals who we spoke to, but the place itself was awesome, really friendly bloke called Brett did our piercings and he was really nice, very informative, he obviously knew his stuff and this really put me at ease (I wanted a heart for my daith but Brett advised a ring as it would heal better ...due to my tiny hobbit ears, most piercers wouldn't bother and just do as the customer says, even if its wrong!). I was uber worried about mine, some say they hurt like a b***h, but I can honestly say it didn't hurt one bit! I can only put this down to Brett being fantastic, and doing both piercings really quickly! Few days on and following the aftercare plan, both piercings are doing nicely, don't hurt and look lovely.
