The overall tattoo experience at Jacks Shack has been excellent. They are very professional, clean, friendly and put alot of attention to detail into their work. The atmosphere is very relaxed, calming and the place has a very unique feel about it as the set out/layout of the studio is one of a kind with its very own edge to it. This was my first visit to Jacks Shack and i will definitely be recommending it to all my family and friends as he was very welcoming, very polite and friendly and overall done an outstanding job on my tattoo. I went in to get a tattoo i already had fixed, as it was patchy and the previous work done by another tattoo artist was not the best, i went in believing they would only be able to improve it slightly, however, alot of attention to detail was put into the work and the end result is amazing i could not have asked for anything more, i wish i had originally gone to Jacks Shack in the first place, as he is very good at what he does and he put alot of pride into his work, he is very talented which shows as the end results are brilliant, he made sure my tattoo matched the original picture i sent him and was able to cover up the previous errors without any issues or problems...i will defiantly be visiting again,it was a pleasure meeting him and visiting Jacks Shack this place needs to get the recognition it deserves Read Less

Extremely Professional, Clean, Friendly & Talented. The overall tattoo experience with Neil at Jacks Shack is top draw. From the minute I first went to see Neil for my consultation over my new sleeve to walking out the door today, my third visit and counting, nothing has been too much trouble. The atmosphere and attitude that Neil projects in and around the studio is relaxed & friendly but also very professional. I have many tattoos but was treated the same as a first timer, proving nothing is taken for granted at Jacks Shack. Once I explained my design ideas to Neil his advice, expertise and guidance was extremely helpful as was his research and willingness to adapt to my wants and needs, (sometimes with last minute tweaks from myself !!), on each design was very refreshing.
