So. My daughter goes into the shop and speaks to Chris about getting Manchester Bee tattoos for her and me. Chris was very accommodating and said to come back in half an hour and he would do them. Daughter forgot to ask price and if it was cash only. So I went in and eventually a person I assume is Teri came out, answered my questions then in a accusatory manner, as if I was fantasising, told me there was no way Chris was going to do the tattoos. I politely explained the conv...ersation daughter had with Chris but no - she was adamant that we could not have the tattoos. That yesterday was the day for those tattoos and the only way we could get one was for Chris to come in on the weekend. I asked, again politely, if she could just check with Chris but she point blank refused saying she was the boss and she was saying hes not doing it. Her customer service skills are appalling. The design that I had means a lot to me and wanted it done to a high standard, Teri did not disappoint, it is top quality and by far my best tattoo. Booked in last minute after popping in last week, Teri said she was booked up until May (which I take as a very good sign) but asked if I wanted Chris to do my tattoo instead as he could do it within a few days... My initial thought was "He's so young!! How can he be 'good' with such little experience?!". I was very nervous, but after looking at some of the photos on this page I was a bit more confident. Well, what can I say... His work absolutely blew me away! Very confide...nt, did my design on the day based on my existing tattoo, and it was perfect! I'm so so happy, I'm a very picky customer but I can't find a single fault with his work... I was a customer whilst Teri had a shop in Cyprus and to be perfectly honest, it was the best studio, with the best artist and I received the best tattoos from her (3 in total) which is testament to itself if I was more than willing to go back. I really would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. It's just a shame I live too far away now otherwise I'd be a regular customer. Read Less
