My older mother had small tattoo here. Charged twice what she should have. Tattooist language was awful, every other word was f##ing. Have some respect for older clients.

haven't had a great experience. was told to send in examples of something I wanted tattooed, and in the style that I wanted, the artist decided he was going to to something else, so didn't go ahead. m...
haven't had a great experience. was told to send in examples of something I wanted tattooed, and in the style that I wanted, the artist decided he was going to to something else, so didn't go ahead. my wife got her ears pieced wonky there, when we pointed this out we were took in a back room where we were spoken to passive aggressively, my wife didn't want the confrontation, so she got it done else where, and it was obvious to the next person a bad job had been done. I have had two laser sessions, I was going there because they have the ruby machine, I found out half way through my second sitting she wasn't using it, then swapped to it for the second half, she left it on the same setting as well on the lower grade machine for both sittings which I confirmed when I signed for it after. she also did not wrapp or sooth the skin with any alovera or equivalent product which lead to me having bad blisters. I have been to three other laser studios as i move around so much, and by far this is the most unprofessional place I have come across.

Went to the sharpe practice with my sister today to get our belly buttons pierced. We were told it was a walk in appointment. Was really pleased with the practice as I only had to wait 5 mins to get it done and it didn't even hurt. This is a great shop to get this done and it is highly recommended :)

Went for a walk in septum piercing yesterday, and I said at the beginning that I need to able to flip it up by Monday for work to hide it, I was told all fine and went ahead.. came home and gave it a ...
Went for a walk in septum piercing yesterday, and I said at the beginning that I need to able to flip it up by Monday for work to hide it, I was told all fine and went ahead.. came home and gave it a clean, tried to flip it up as was told this could be done straight away.. but only one side would flip up and could be hidden.. called the shop, told to go back in and she would see me - went back and was told everyone has different cartilage shapes, but also that my bar is too l…ong and to do with swelling? Then was told to change it Sunday evening, so I had to pay extra £5 for a shorter, clear bar (why that couldn't of been done in the first place?) Now it's the day after, have already tried to get the balls off either side and can't, so I will try again later and if not then it's a waste of £35 for piercing, fuel and the extra bar.. and not to mention a waste of time going through that much pain. Would be nice if you are 100% you can give what the customer is requesting, if not then say you aren't willing to do it! Еще

I am very happy with my tattoo �. Everyone there is always very friendly, helpful and great at what they. Would and often do highly recommend them.

So pleased with it.but omg how expensive had a tattoo same size done in Andover 25 pound and its great. Yesterday 90!!!! Nearly had a heart attack. Happy to pay 40 maybe 50 but 90.did reduce to 80 less 10 deposit still 70. Wont be going back.

Went in yesterday to have my tongue re-done (had it done at Asgards Southampton the first time) , I was told the piercer was out and would be back in half an hour, so I came back 40 minutes later for the piercer to say she was going to walk her dog first. I was annoyed but I waited, as I've never had problems with sharpe practice before. Another 20 minutes later, the lady came back to do my tongue.. piercing was done within 5 minutes with the completely wrong sized bar after she'd said she'd "sized" it. Really not very happy with the customer service this time.

Worst experience ever... Had an appointment that I booked 7 months in advance because of the waiting list. Drove all the way from Poole to arrive and find out Archie had left a few days before and therefore couldn't get my tattoo done. Never received a phoned call informing me of this, so wasted time driving up at 8:30 in the morning and money getting there for nothing, extremely disappointed as I had been waiting so long!!!

excellent staff, was made welcome as soon as i entered the door. The piercing lady was out at the dentist, and so the lady behind the counter wrote down my number and phoned me up when the lady was back. When she was piercing my belly button, she talked to me as if we were friends and made me feel welcome. Definately will get my other piercings here.

Went in to purchase a new conch spiral bar and was very unhappy with the lack of professionalism. My ear was not measured (It has been at other shops such as Elemental, Poole and Paradox, Bournemouth....
Went in to purchase a new conch spiral bar and was very unhappy with the lack of professionalism. My ear was not measured (It has been at other shops such as Elemental, Poole and Paradox, Bournemouth.) and I was asked if I could take my current spiral bar out to 'compare to'. Due to this I was then sold a spiral bar far too small for my ear (and I cannot return it!!). The lady who helped me was very approachable and friendly but I feel as if a more professional method needs to be incorporated for future customers.

If you want to spend money in sharp practise they are your best friends, as soon as you have a problem, want a refund or to exchange anything they couldn't care less. I wanted to exchange the smoking paraphernalia I purchased for a slightly more expensive one. I hadn't taken it out the packet they sold it to me in yet owner becky (old lady purple hair) after passing me onto a different member of staff she came back insisting the item I wanted to swap smelt of smoke and couldn't be resold so I couldn't exchange or refund my purchase. Despite my objections that it never left the packet and hadn't been used, the price stickers still on it, I couldn't get it changed and had to pay full price for the other item. Honestly, crap service, Very overpriced (£10 per piercing £3 per piercing ball) and very little in the way of stock for you to choose from.

Great family run business with extremely talented tattoo artists. I've had four tattoos done here now and wouldn't consider going anywhere else so much so that I even when I moved to London 6 years ago I can back to Salisbury twice to get tattooed at the Sharp Practice.

Went to the sharpe practice with my sister today to get our belly buttons pierced. We were told it was a walk in appointment. Was really pleased with the practice as I only had to wait 5 mins to get it done and it didn't even hurt. This is a great shop to get this done and it is highly recommended :)

Went in yesterday to have my tongue re-done (had it done at Asgards Southampton the first time) , I was told the piercer was out and would be back in half an hour, so I came back 40 minutes later for the piercer to say she was going to walk her dog first. excellent staff, was made welcome as soon as i entered the door. The piercing lady was out at the dentist, and so the lady behind the counter wrote down my number and phoned me up when the lady was back. When she was piercing my belly button, she talked to me as if we were friends and made me feel welcome. Definately will get my other piercings here.
