By far the nicest tattoo artist I've ever met. Darren is really funny and relaxed and was constantly checking that I was ok and liked what he was doing. Not just a pretty face though, done about half of a sleeve piece with Darren and it already looks amazing with only a small bit of pain. Would recommend Darren to anyone that asks. Read Less

Had a download dog tattoo at download festival, it was my first tattoo and a really great experience. I'm sorry I didn't get the artists name it was the tall guy with red hair, can't thank him enough he was great. I had the pleasure of this guy's company (as well as flowing conversation and general nice guy demeaner - not to mention incredible inking skills) for my half sleeve a few weeks back. I cannot reccommend him highly enough. I went in with a rough idea, and he just GOT it! So often a requirement is misunderstood, or rejected, but Darren worked with me, and at the end I am really REALLY happy with my tattoo. I've been having some pretty bad luck with tattooist in the past and after my experience today with Darren I would strongly advise you to go here as the overall tattooing is to a high standard and the friendliness makes it all the more enjoyable!
