Celi did my first ever tattoo and made me feel so comfortable. It's a very welcoming and relaxed place with amazing people and also very professional. I made the horrific mistake of going elsewhere for my second, but very shortly came back with my tail between my legs and Celi had all the patience in the world when I visited her for a coverup!! I've since returned for more additions to my coverup to make it even bigger and a third tattoo.
