Me and my wife got tattooed here by Richard, what an amazing artist, took his time to get every detail right on a premade design for me and took ideas from my wife and created a masterpiece which she absolutely loves! To top it off, the studio is extremely clean, staff are brilliant to deal with too. Dealt with Sam as we had to reorganise our appointment. They're all so polite, skilled and accommodating. I'm from a Russian Orthodox background and am not allowed to have tattoos on my body. I have 3. In black light ink. The kind you can only see under a UV light. They are completely invisible in normal light but a UV lamp in a dark room makes them light up like a Christmas tree. It may be percieved as "cheating" but it gives me a high level of satisfaction. It's like having your cake and eating it. Or, as we Russians say, "eating the goldfish and drinking the aquarium". On a serious note, Dek is a great artist, I love his work - a true professional. I've been here a couple of times and it's an outstanding studio.As you would hope and expect cleanliness and hygiene are at the fore so the whole studio is spotless, with beautiful decor around the place - lots of prints by owner and main guy (and award winning) Dek Kent as well as cool looking fittings. Designed to feel more homely than studio-esque it has a very relaxed vibe, and it's set as open plan so all of the artists can be seen working from every angle of the place. The front of house is run by Sam, who does all the bookings and calendar, so everything is super-organised and efficient. There are 3 tattooists here, neatly set up in adjoining bays, and their styles are different enough for them to be able to ink pretty much any design you have in mind. So if it's realism, classic old-fashioned designs or more modern grey/black they can accommodate you. I took examples of what I wanted and they were able to do just what I was after. The quality of work is excellent too - a lot of care is taken in the work itself and good advice offered on aftercare of your tattoo as well.The last thing to say is that everyone here is really nice. I chatted to all the artists there, Sam and a few of the customers, and the vibe is upbeat, good-natured and fun so the idea that such an establishment could be intimidating - as some studios are - doesn't even occur to you. It's a really enjoyable place to visit. Just make sure you book! These guys are that good that walk-ins are unlikely as every artist is in high demand. Read Less
