My sister and I went in to get a fairly simple matching tattoo. Right from the offset the artist was cold and hostile with us, which I brushed off. He did a good job on the tattoos themselves, but I found his customer service unprofessional to be honest. It was my sister's first tattoo and he was unnecessarily impatient with her as she settled on a font and the placing of it, even making comments such as "maybe we should just all go to the pub" and "I think I know my job". At one point he even said to me in an insulting tone, "what are you? 18?" (I'm 27). Overall, I was pleased with the job but wouldn't go back due to being made to feel unwelcome and as though our custom were a nuisance.

I went in wanting a simple tattoo. The staff on the till upstairs were really friendly. All was well until I went downstairs to speak to the tattooist. I told him what I wanted. He did a rough sketch on my skin with pen and I'm not going to lie it didn't look good. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he started to draw it out, but it didn't look like anything like what I'd shown. I mentioned this and he re-drew. He spent a grand total of 2 minutes re-drawing and I said very politely that I liked what he had drawn but wanted one part of altering - I feel entitled to say this as it is going on my skin permanently. This seemed to anger the tattooist and he slammed the iPad case shut that he'd been drawing on and proceeded to swear at me. At that point I said "I'll leave it then" and he then stood up abruptly and tore up my consent form in front of me.I could understand this behaviour and treatment if I'd have been demanding, rude, unreasonable, if I'd have asked for it to be redrawn well over a handful of times. And if the tattooist had have been drawing for a long time. But I didn't and I wasn't. I don't think I was in the shop for more than 10 minutes. Definitely will not be setting foot in there again. Not a pleasant experience at all.

My wife had her lip pierced her today, the staff were friendly and helpful, allowing myself and my daughter to see what mum looked like before going back to the real world. The place looked clean and tidy. My wife was in and out in about 10 mins and the wait time was under 15 mins too which was great when you have kids who don't want to be there. Price wasn't the cheapest but when it comes to your health I think you get what you pay for.

Always hear good things about this studio. My work colleagues have been piece by Luke and say he's amazing. So I went in to get an industrial piercing and the guy at the counter was approachable and friendly. Then once I signed and paid went downstairs and met Sam who was really lovely. She got the piercing done fast so I didn't have time to think about it. I honestly really rate this place and would recommend it to anyone wanting a piercing.
The place is clean, not expensive, the staff are friendly and quite calming and there's a 24h emergency call line in case you're really worried about a piercing!
If I get another piercing, hands down I will come back to here!

Personally, I couldn't be happier with Rude! I go there regularly for tapers (ear stretchers) and they're always happy to help me pick the right size, and also give me a big choice of colour! They're always friendly and cheery. They also give me advice on how to look after my stretched ears.My friend had her nose pierced there and the piercing man was cheery and friendly, reassuring her and telling her all about the procedure. Over all, my favourite piercing shop.

Okay, so for body modifications, this place couldn't get much better. Let me point out that anything but piercings are a permanent change to your body, so should be carefully thought about before you go for anything doing. So as for a review, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I started getting my piercings here as a one off really and found that they simply are the best place I've ever been. The staff are really friendly, really professional and know what they are talking about. I now only use this place for any of my bod mods, and I have to travel nearly an hour and a half to get here (I have to use public transport :/) but because I know the service I receive is phenomenal and prices are superb, it's worth it.

My sister and I went in to get a fairly simple matching tattoo. Right from the offset the artist was cold and hostile with us, which I brushed off. He did a good job on the tattoos themselves, but I found his customer service unprofessional to be honest. It was my sister's first tattoo and he was unnecessarily impatient with her as she settled on a font and the placing of it, even making comments such as "maybe we should just all go to the pub" and "I think I know my job".
