Very friendly and professional staff. Went in off the cusp for a Daith piercing after reading about it in their window as i passed a few days prior. Talked to me a little bit about it and what it can do and reassured me it'd be ok (pain wise). I was a little anxious during the build up as I didn't know what to expect, but it was fine.
