I have been to this piercing place three times. I had no issues before my final visit. The final piercing I got in here bled the most but it did not surprise me. My fresh piercings always bleed no matter where I got them, or who pierced them. Not a problem I thought. When I got back home and looked in the mirror carefully, I just couldn't believe it is for real, the cartilage piercing is crooked!!! It is seriously so obvious when u look at the front and the back of it! Too obvious! I won't mind a lot if it is slightly crooked however it is not. Unbelievable. Never going again. Won't recommend to anyone unless u don't mind having a crooked piercing that charges a full price. (UPDATED) I am as surprised as you are after reading your response because there was an opportunity to put things right but the piercer let it go. I actually saw it crooked in the shop but wasn't completely sure. Didn't want to touch the fresh piercing with uncleaned hands to flip my ear to the front and see the back of it till I got home. The piercer must have seen this right after it was done but didn't say a word. Didn't compensate or explain anything like nothing happened. THERE WAS AN OPPORTUNITY to put things right. I appreciate you trying to fix the problem afterwards yet money can't compensate the stabbing pain when the needle goes through. Money is spent and all I got is pain and an unwanted ridiculously crooked piercing. I do believe this is an exceptional case since I got some more piercings in here before with no issues. But a mistake is a mistake and this is a honest review. Have to let everyone knows. Please make sure all your piercers are professional and skillful. Read Less

had my nose pierced a few weeks ago.. still very sore then notised small bump above the bar like a spot/blister. really not happy with the outcome. followed all cleaning techniques morning and night and turning the ring. never ever will i get another piercing here! i cant believe how rude they are aswell. I had 4 piercings done here yesterday including 3 in my lobes and one in my cartilage and the man here was so lovely and made me feel at ease. He was very thorough and made sure everything was clean. Cheap jewellery which is good but I asked if someone could change out my nose stud for a ring and the lady did this for me and it all went smoothly. How it was just a ring that just opens and close via bending. She didn't close the ring all the way and left a gap and now it's moved and my piercing has healed on one of the sides leaving me with a stuck ring and no way to get it out unless I cut the metal. Had a nose piercing done here about 4/5 month ago. (Not sure if the young girl who did my piercing was just there temporarily because a different girl usually does the piercings) She used a piercing gun on my nose which I now know you shouldn't. A really good place to go to. I've had two different piercings done their so far and the staff are always so lovely and welcoming and it's very clean in there.
