Laura recently did a beautiful tattoo for me over my mastectomy scar, which I am delighted with beyond belief. It was my first tattoo so I didn’t know what to expect but from designing it, helping me feel at ease during the process and her excellent aftercare, I can’t rate the experience and the end result highly enough. I had very few definite ideas about what I wanted, and sent Laura just a few images I had liked but Laura drew the most beautiful piece which considered my body shape and scar position and evolved over the 4 sessions it took to have it done. Rocky Steady tattoo is the best studio you will ever find. Leni, Laura and Dan are fantastic artist with differing specialisms so you will be confident that one of them will suit the style you require. I have had several tattoos by Laura, each and every time she has delivered beyond my expectations. Not only is Laura a fantastic artist, she is considerate to your needs. From the minute you walk in you know this is the place to get tattooed. It is a relaxed and clean environment. The work produced is carefully constructed and time and care is taken at each stage. Although I have not been tattooed by Leni his work is sensational and I have recommend him to friends looking to get tattooed. These guys are super busy so be prepared to wait. These guys and girls are awesome, the amazing mix of being super friendly and incredibly talented. They did both my wife's and my first tattoo and from the word go were both helpful and patient. Don't even consider going anywhere else these guys will make your vision come to life and improve on it. After finally deciding to take the plunge and get a tattoo my wife and I started window shopping. Seeing the work of Laura, Leni and Dan at Rock Steady we decided to wait until our artists were available and I'm so glad we did!! As this was my first tattoo I had lots of questions but I was put at ease, everything explained and all who work there are 100% professional, friendly and welcoming. I came in for my first sitting today and I cannot rate this place highly enough. There are not enough stars to click on. My tattoo is more than I could have imagined. Leni and Laura are so lovely and welcoming and make you feel at ease. I've had tattoos in other shops but can honestly say this is way beyond the best. Laura made notes when we met for pur consultation, and sent the design over before my appt which was really reassuring! We had time to discuss and fine tune. Leni and Laura have done an incredible job of creating an atmosphere that is professional and unique, as you walk in you are always greeted with an enthusiastic smile and conversation and walls covered in the artists incredible work. I have had the pleasure of being tattooed by Rock Steady Apprentice Dan a few times now and each experience has been brilliant. I would highly recommend Rock steady tattoos. They are a friendly bunch and the atmosphere is nice and chilled. I love these guys, in a moment of football inspired madness, I wanted a BHAFC club badge tattoo. I contacted them via e-mail and was surprised to receive a negative response, they were not interested in doing work like that. I relayed this to my wife who said, reply with my wish for a wren with forget me nots, in memory of a friend who passed away 25 years ago. The response was amazing, just the unique thing that these guys were interested in. Went for a consult and my wife is now the proud owner of a beautiful, personal, tattoo, and I am so happy that I was talked out of a trashy club tattoo, as I am now the proud owner of the most amazing Goshawk tattoo ever. Laura has designed and worked on my last 5 tattoos and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. She seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for in a design after just one consultation, which is why I have been back time and time again. Laura and Leni are two of the nicest people I have ever met and although I was a bit nervous when I first went to meet Laura, I now feel quite at home in their studio. They are a genuine, hard-working couple and Laura is such great company, we have a good laugh and it makes the sessions fly by.
