I booked to have a colour correction on a tattoo - paid deposit and had appointment booked - unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment (providing the adequate notice - although this did fall on a ...
I booked to have a colour correction on a tattoo - paid deposit and had appointment booked - unfortunately I had to cancel the appointment (providing the adequate notice - although this did fall on a Sunday - at no point was I told they wanted working days as notice) due to my mum being terminally ill and rushed into hospital, I requested refund the refused and told me to just rebook - tried to rebook however impossible to get in and my mum passed away 6/6 still refusing to provide refund despite offering death certificate as proof of death - all they want is your money the attitude provided via phone was atrocious and not much better via messenger no compassion, lack of customer care overall really disappointed especially as theyβd come recommended - Money grabbers that is all theyβre interested in

Great place to have a tattoo. The studio is very clean and well looked after plus the artists are very friendly! John, the manager dealt with my enquiries perfectly. Chloe did me a great design which had ended up as a fab tattoo. Will definitely be back for more work in future!

Best studio with the best artists. If you want something run of the mill then don't bother. If you want something bespoke or very special then this is the place to go. Well done to all involved.

It's very rare I leave a review BUT I'm so happy with my tattoo! The studio is fab and so clean and a relaxing environment. Their correspondence from enquiry to going in today for the work is first class. Kylie was fantastic and the tattoo has turned out even better than I expected. She has done an amazing job and I would just like to say a massive thank you for pulling it off so well with the quality of the fingerprints I gave you to work with!

Finally got round to having my tattoo in remembrance to my Mom passing away in 2016, all I can say is Helen as hit the nail on the head I am over the moon with my tattoo. it is such a relaxed and friendly environment anybody thinking of getting a tattoo go and speak with these guys you will not be disappointed believe me I am blown away with what I have had done and canβt wait to add even more to it. Wow. This place is amazing. Their customer service is brilliant. I was having a cover up and I wanted it to be perfect for me and it was. Helen listened to me and made sure I got the right piece of work. She was superb, what an artist. All the team are friendly and the relaxed atmosphere is great . I'm a very anxious person and wanted the perfect tattoo. I went through so many different artists and wasn't happy until I came here and met kylie benton! Her work is amazing & i am so happy with my tattoo. We decided on a mandala with more dot work which I was so happy about. They are all friendly, down to earth and brilliant at what they do. I will be booking for my cover ups and other tattoos here!! Thanks everyone. Highly recommended x

I had a cover up done by Helen yesterday, and wow....she is such a talented lady!! My tattoo looks a million times better than what I walked in with. From when I walked into the studio I felt at ease as all of the staff are so friendly. Helen listened to what I wanted and also offered her expert advice too. Not just amazing at tattooing also such a lovely person, we were chatting and laughing all the way through which made the experience even better. Iβll be recommending Helen to everyone. Chloe was amazing yesterday!! She spent 9 hours with us in the studio doing two new tattoos and two cover ups for me and my friend and she was excellent! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was always asking us if we were okay. The shop is stunning and the staff are so funny, making us feel very welcome! Have had 2 sessions with Helen now and she's been amazing both times, she's helpful when it comes to ideas and helping choose what you want, I trusted her from the get go as I knew she would do it how I wanted it and as expected it turned out that way, she is realistic when it comes to timing and she is overall a great artist and a really nice person, everyone in the studio makes you feel welcome and has a laugh which makes it easier to get through your sitting, couldn't fault the place and anyone in thereοΏ½οΏ½οΏ½

Had my first tattoo with Helen yesterday and it's absolutely amazing! Everyone who I have shown has loved it. She put so much effort into making it just the way I wanted it and made sure I was I was 100% happy before starting. Helen made myself (and my boyfriend who also had a tattoo with helen) feel very comfortable whilst having our tattoos. All of the staff are so friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone who I know wanting a tattoo οΏ½

I have just had 2 tattoos by Helen - a beautiful yellow rose and some beautiful ivy leaves and vines to pretty up an old tattoo. The work is amazing they bpth look real everyone who has seen them has commented how they look so realistic. The staff in the shop are so friendly. The shop is full of strange and curious objects to look at! Helen went above and beyond on my tattoos she worked over an extra hour to finish it in 1 sitting. I can't thank her enough. I have had many experiances with tattoo shops but this is the best tattoo shop ever. From the moment you step in their door they give you a great experience. All staff are amazing and friendly and they are all welcoming. Had my tattoo today part 1 of 2 and it was the best experience ever. Helen is an amazing tattooist and her work is always stunning. Have had 2 sessions with Helen now and she's been amazing both times, she's helpful when it comes to ideas and helping choose what you want, I trusted her from the get go as I knew she would do it how I wanted it and as expected it turned out that way, she is realistic when it comes to timing and she is overall a great artist and a really nice person, everyone in the studio makes you feel welcome and has a laugh which makes it easier to get through your sitting, couldn't fault the place and anyone in thereοΏ½οΏ½οΏ½

Had my first tattoo with Helen yesterday and it's absolutely amazing! Everyone who I have shown has loved it. She put so much effort into making it just the way I wanted it and made sure I was I was 100% happy before starting. Helen made myself (and my boyfriend who also had a tattoo with helen) feel very comfortable whilst having our tattoos. All of the staff are so friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone who I know wanting a tattoo οΏ½

Yesterday I had a tattoo from Chloe Harper and I can honestly say she is the best tattooist I've been to by farοΏ½ she's so specific and bang on with her workοΏ½ their wasn't no awkward silence like most places she kept the conversation flowing and was always asking how I felt during my tattoo! The work and the dedication she's put into my tattoo is unrealοΏ½οΏ½οΏ½

I have just had 2 tattoos by Helen - a beautiful yellow rose and some beautiful ivy leaves and vines to pretty up an old tattoo. The work is amazing they bpth look real everyone who has seen them has commented how they look so realistic. The staff in the shop are so friendly. The shop is full of strange and curious objects to look at! Helen went above and beyond on my tattoos she worked over an extra hour to finish it in 1 sitting. I can't thank her enough. If you want professional friendly unique and perfection ask for Helen in the Pelsall branch of New Identity.

I have had many experiances with tattoo shops but this is the best tattoo shop ever. From the moment you step in their door they give you a great experience. All staff are amazing and friendly and they are all welcoming. Had my tattoo today part 1 of 2 and it was the best experience ever. Helen is an amazing tattooist and her work is always stunning. Thank you for a great day cant wait to come back for part 2 of 2. I will deffently be recommending you to everyone i know.
