Had a navel and nose piercing done today, I'm such a nervous and panicky person but Dena couldn't of made me feel any better. Passed out for the first time ever and she was lovely, made me her number one priority. Would recommend to everyone, couldn't get a nicer piercer than her x

Wow what a mistake thinking this place and people were nice ... misunderstanding with a. Booking as my mother fell ill so rushed off to attend to her and was told deposit has been taken not refunding ...

Literally just left this place, having what felt like a lifetime of pain to get a hoop into my nose. I cannot recommend dena enough! having lived in Dudley my whole life going to other places to get pierced is silly! I will only go here now, absolutely amazing can't thank you enough!!

So after ringing loads about my Nipple piercing asking million questions does it hurt, can I have it as I've had implants etc I decided to just jump in the car, go to shop and brave it. Dena was so reassuring and professional and it was over within minutes hardly felt anything and It looks amazing and I'm already ready for the next one to be done now. Had a few tattoos done here and are never left disappointed. Carl is fantastic! My latest one was a bird cage with roses around it so far I've had two sittings and I love it. So talented heals lovely....

Went along three weeks ago and I was very impressed with the Daith piercing i had to help with migraines/headaches. Deena was professional yet friendly, she explained everything as she went along, everything was spotless and comfortable. I am so happy with my piercing, migraine had gone, only had the odd twinge in my head but no pain and no need for pain killers so Thank you Deena, cant reccomend you highly enough!!

Went there for my first tattoo, great service and would recommend to anyone who wants a tattoo, top place to go :) Prices can be a little too much depending on design but the work is amazing.

Ridiculously over-priced. Went elsewhere and saved £1200 - for the same quality art and completed in two sittings of 2 hours each. Was utterly shocked and dumbfounded when was told a tattoo sized about 20 x 9inches would cost £1300 and take more than 2 months to complete.

Went along three weeks ago and I was very impressed with the Daith piercing i had to help with migraines/headaches. Deena was professional yet friendly, she explained everything as she went along, everything was spotless and comfortable. I am so happy with my piercing, migraine had gone, only had the odd twinge in my head but no pain and no need for pain killers so Thank you Deena, cant reccomend you highly enough!!
