Extremely poor customer services, been waiting in a queue for ages. One of the artists promised to text me and I'm still waiting for him to get back to me and book me in. Just a full mouth of promises...
Extremely poor customer services, been waiting in a queue for ages. One of the artists promised to text me and I'm still waiting for him to get back to me and book me in. Just a full mouth of promises and no job done at all. Try to book an appointment in this shop is absolutely useless, defo not coming back here again. Don't waste your time people unless you want to deal with unprofessionals in this field.

I didn't get a tattoo here but the one star is still probably more than they deserve. Replying to messages appears to be too difficult. Promising one date/time and then stating actually that's not available and laughing about the fact - when I asked when was, I got no reply whatsoever. These artists may be talented but it certainly comes across like their heads are too far up their own arses to care about anything or anybody else. Can't doubt their work, can doubt their overall customer experience. After all, we're the ones that pay.
