Im 13 and i went to get my daith pierced. It was a long process to do all the papers (even though it was done on a tablet). I obviously had to go with a parent. Anyway the staff were very nice until it got to the piercer alice... I was really exited and nervous. I asked her a good few questions yet she ignored them - it made me feel stressed and anxious. I was so nervous i didin't even realise she never cleaned the site I was getting pierced. She struggled to get the needle through, which was extremely painful. After I was pierced my ear started bleeding ferociously and asked if there was anything she could and she said "the rain will wash it off" I was appauled so we just left. It has been 4 months scince I was pierced yet it still hasnt healed. So far it has been infected 4 times and i have 2 nasty keloids there I paid £25 which isnt to bad but i just wouldnt go here extremely unprofessional and unsafe hygeine practice

Really bad customer service! I went there to pierce my ear and the behaviour of the staff was just horrible and totally not welcoming. I would never go there again.

i love it! the clothes are lovely, and prices are fantastic! i got a dress and hat&scarf for £5 each, and they're both very good quality. there is one issue with the right sleeve of the dress being a bit tighter than the other, but as it was originally £30, i didn't expect it to be absolutely perfect.
the staff here are also very sweet! they're very professional and respect all of their customers, smiling all the while! i'll definitely be sure to come here more, and i'd most certainly recommend it.

A really nice selection of clothes, although they are packed into quite a small space. Piercing available. Always lovely staff on hand to advise and assist.

Had an amazing experience. Got my Rim pierced and the piercer was lovely, she explained everything in so much detail and answered all my questions. Loved it so much i went back the next day to get my Daith done and had a different piercer. She was just as lovely and talked me through how she was going to go about it and answered all my questions about looking after it.
Overall both times i had such a good experience that i would definitely recommend going.

Im 13 and i went to get my daith pierced. It was a long process to do all the papers (even though it was done on a tablet). I obviously had to go with a parent. Anyway the staff were very nice until it got to the piercer alice... I was really exited and nervous. I asked her a good few questions yet she ignored them - it made me feel stressed and anxious. i love it! the clothes are lovely, and prices are fantastic! i got a dress and hat&scarf for £5 each, and they're both very good quality. there is one issue with the right sleeve of the dress being a bit tighter than the other, but as it was originally £30, i didn't expect it to be absolutely perfect.

Had an amazing experience. Got my Rim pierced and the piercer was lovely, she explained everything in so much detail and answered all my questions. Loved it so much i went back the next day to get my Daith done and had a different piercer.
