Popped in on the 2nd August for a quote explained to Craig and Sian what I wanted for my birthday on the 25th August they both knew I wanted and when I wanted it done by. They came up with some good ideas, we agreed on a price, paid a £50 deposit booked me in for the 9th. Had my first sitting 2 roses took two hours (paid 100)..was really happy booked to return to have it finished on the 14th. Craig called 1 hour b4 the appointment to say he wasn't well so we have to cancel ...I said no problem even though I was dissapointed as I had already applied the numbing cream. Rebooked for the 18th applied my numbing cream (again) at 2pm. At around 2.15 (one hour before the appointment again) I received a call from Sian saying Craig had a sickness bug so all his appointments are cancelled. I remained calm and explained to her again I wanted it done for my birthday the time is getting close and so far I've paid £150 for 2 roses. I asked her if I could have some of my money back so I could go elsewhere to which she replied no. She then said Craig could do it tommorow to which I replied I don't want to be sick for my birthday if he has a sickness bug! She then suggested Sunday and I agreed. Sunday came again another 2hr sitting for 2 more roses left again with an incomplete tattoo and paid another £100. Rebooked again for the 23rd August (2 days away from my birthday) In all the haste to get it done I double booked my self. I texted Sian at 7am to ask if I could attend 30 mins later. I received a reply saying Craig would not be able to stay over if I arrive late. I said no problem I will cancel my other appointment and arrive for the right time. Sian then told me my appointment was cancelled anyway due to the electrics being done on the shop! I then texted Sian back and asked if I could come in tommorow I received no reply. The next day I drove past the shop and it was open I went in and asked him when he could finish it he said he would call me if he was free later. 1 hour later he called me and said I'm free now. 2hrs later for a rose and diamond my tattoo was finally completed. If I didn't pop in I would never have receive a call to say come in. No word of a lie not once did either of them apologise in a way that was sincere it was always..."sorry but...there was nothing we could do excuse" the tattoo took far too long to do 5 roses and a diamond took 6hrs over 3 weeks! I wasted nearly £10 on numbing cream for no reason. The only reason I didn't complain throughout is because he had not completed my tattoo and had my money, so more or less they had the upper hand. Also he said my tattoo was going to be different to how it ended up I believe towards the end he was rushing to get it done and I lost the passion for it as it just took too long! I also started to feel like I was bothering them when I would call or tx to see what was going on. In addition to this when I would drive past it would be closed on days it stated it would be open. *Note on one of the cancelled days I decided to pop in to Tomos-Bearwood I was in and out with 2 roses on my other shoulder in 35 mins which cost me £65. I will not return therefore I will not recommend it to anyone. Read Less
