Terrible experience! Booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance, arrived 30 mins early (after travelling from Edinburgh and arranging childcare) only to be spoken to like rubbish and intimidated! Said I...
Terrible experience! Booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance, arrived 30 mins early (after travelling from Edinburgh and arranging childcare) only to be spoken to like rubbish and intimidated! Said I was 30 mins late and no refund would be given. So unreasonable. To think I would reschedule my appointment and let that man tattoo me is an absolute joke!!! He’s claimed my security code from groupon as redeemed even though I have not used his services - and would never again!!! Horrible man dispicable attitude. I’ve reported this to Groupon who have refunded me given the situation but the crook is still getting to keep the original payment. Disgraceful. After having read his reviews I’ve definitely dodged a bullet. Some of his work is attrocious 😂😂😂😂

Not even worth a star.The worst experience ever. Went in to get a cover up and came out with this. No words for how bad this looks. Thankfully now fixed thanks to Honest Ink. Avoid this place.

Lucky to be getting a star, I can't give 0. Terrible customer service, complete scam artist. Drags it our to just over an hour to ensure he gets paid for 2, regardless what he's doing. Spends 15 minutes of your hour setting up, and another 15 minutes telling you crappy stories about his bad back and other unwanted crap. If you go here you will be aggressively overcharges for mediocre works. Also seems to believe he is exempt from the law. DO NOT GO HERE!

Spends 15 minutes of your hour setting up, and another 15 minutes telling you crappy stories about his bad back and other unwanted crap.
