I popped down this afternoon after I lost the ball on the front of my tragus piercing.. chap there, don't know his name (sorry) was great! Fitted me a new ball. I mentioned it was still sore after a year of having it pierced and he said it probably wasn't taking to the piercing material used (if that makes sense!) and if it doesn't stop hurting to take it out.... sadly just watching tv and felt my piercing only to feel the ball was loose, tightened it, and just checked again, ball came off, searched everywhere.. even though he did screw it on really tight. Not sure whether this is a sign my tragus does not want to be pierced.. so I'm going to take it out for good and let it heal. Great guy and lovely service at passion and pain would recommend anytime! The ball on my barbell had fallen off on my semi-healed daith piercing and they fitted me a new one (even though they don't do daith piercings - super fiddly!) at no charge! Really friendly. So happy :) Read Less
