Was incredibly nervous because I was getting my ears pierced for the first time, but everyone working there was so lovely and so friendly! Made me feel very comfortable, and made sure I understood how to take care of the piercing!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

All staff are extremelly friendly and helpful. Had a piercing done by Nici and she was brilliant. Absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend.

Best guys around, don’t trust anyone else to go near me with a needle. Couldn’t praise them enough, every time I go in I’m treated so well, they do everything to look after you and make sure you love your piercing. If you’re stuck on where to get pierced don’t think twice!

I called yesterday to see about a nose piercing. I was advised I should make an appointment. I tried to do so and was told I couldn’t make one over the phone and I would have to come in to put a deposit down for an appointment in 2 days time? I have no problem with putting a deposit down but not taking it over payment the phone? Come on! I work 60 hours a week and haven’t time to drive all the way into town to put a deposit down because you can’t take it over the phone. I was instantly put off and have chosen to go somewhere else. Too much hassle!

Brilliant expertise and very knowledgable staff. I've been in twice and though the guys are very friendly and chatty, the girls didn't pay me dust, no smile, no hello, just pipe up when its time to charge or have something to say when chiming in about poor aftercare. I was respectful enough to remember my piercers name Seb and made a point of following up but I won't be coming back when the atmosphere is stuck up and uncomfortable.

I've had several piercings done at Blue Lotus and all have been fantastic experiences. Seb is an absolute star and really passionate and knowledgable about what he does. You often have a wait but it's by far the best piercing place in Newcastle so it's worth it.

Nice and clean so a good start. The gentleman that pierced me never shut up. By the time I came out my ears were ringing. This may be a bonus to some and help relax them, but not what I go for. I would definitely use them again but would ensure I had a different person doing the piercing.

Had my nose pierced here today, was the best piercing experience I've had. All the staff were very informative and friendly and they ask you to come back for a 3 month check up which I haven't been offered at other places. Nici talked me through the procedure and I felt so comfortable. Will definitely be coming back here for any future piercings. Thank you! :)

I've been in twice and though the guys are very friendly and chatty, the girls didn't pay me dust, no smile, no hello, just pipe up when its time to charge or have something to say when chiming in about poor aftercare. I've had several piercings done at Blue Lotus and all have been fantastic experiences. Seb is an absolute star and really passionate and knowledgable about what he does. You often have a wait but it's by far the best piercing place in Newcastle so it's worth it.
