Lost my nipple bar out and about and I’ve only been pierced a couple of weeks - I called up to see if they had any bars I could purchase as I was panicking about it closing up. He told me that he was about to close the shop for the day but that he would be more than happy to leave the jewellery in an envelope for me and pop it in his post box for me to swing by at any point during the day - free of charge. Such a random act of kindness that honestly made my day and saved me a lot of stress and pain, I will most definitely be coming here for any future piercings. 5/5 for friendly customer service :) thank you again!! X

I sent Jay a rough idea of the tattoo I wanted and he drew up a great design, 2 pocket watches with a rose either side and it was exactly what I was after! Tattoo took 2 hours and it looks fab, fairly priced and a canny bloke and I'm definitely going back for more tattoos really soon!👍

Took my daughter for a belly piercing she was really nervous but he put her at ease, she was so surprised that it didn't really hurt and she is so pleased with the outcome. Lost my nipple bar out and about and I’ve only been pierced a couple of weeks - I called up to see if they had any bars I could purchase as I was panicking about it closing up.
