These tattoo artists I associate with excellence. I've had three done by Tom Sorn, all perfect. Even when I made a mistake with a design he came in on a day off to sort it out! The shop is full of friendly, professional and talented tattooists and I would highly recommend them. I've also recommended Pozan to my cousin who has had two done by him and couldn't be happier. really disappointed with the service. I had have a whole day session with tom f. unfortunately I have to say that was not professional at all. Apart from the way he speaks to cutomers beforehand, taking really long to reply with barely any manners, taking even longer to send the drawings. I had have pleasure to be tattooed by some of the top artists and none of them has been delaying it THIS long, it is literally ridiculous to get the photos 11 hours before being tattooed. During the session he spent at least 45 minutes on answering phone calls, messages and checking his Instagram as I could see while he was meant to tattoo me as I paid for his time. He did not ask to publish or take any photos of me yet he spent another 10 minutes doing it clearly noticing I'm not having fun and I'm pretty against it. The way he's treated me throughout the session was worse than any other beginner! Yet he kept on calling himself an artist, around 20 times in that day. If you try to post a bad review on his Facebook, he deletes it. Horrible experience! Glad the other people in the shop were cheerful otherwise I would have ran away, literally. Read Less

Bad experience. The owner refused me a day before even though I have bought tickets to come to him from my city and put the deposit down quite a while ago. Only because I asked for the drawings again as it was less than 20 hours to go and I still didn't know how the tattoo I would get would look like. I have no bad words to say about the other people in the shop but the owner himself (Tom F) is not a professional. It's quite understandable that you would like to see the art at least a couple of days before going into the studio. Especially that I have informed him of my anxiety condition which he treated as a joke, he then replied in a very rude way saying I should not be tattooed at all if I have an anxiety condition. It is not anyone's right to decide for me whether I should be tattooed or not, I have paid him for his work so it's not for him to question, it's just unacceptable. I assume if someone came in with a physical condition he would refuse them too. People like this should not be trusted with inking your skin! - Alis Read Less

Just had my tribute tattoo to my awesome friend Tyler done by Tom. I specifically wanted him to do it as he'd tattooed Tyler. Tom did a sick job and even came and helped change my flat car tyre in his spare time afterwards. Utter legend and super nice guy.
