I discovered this place by complete accident whilst waiting for a coach. A few days later I booked myself in for a consulation. It was great to have that time to work with Zannie on putting all of my ideas together. I really felt that she understood my vision so I was confident to move forward.
The tattoo is now done and is stunning. Zannie's professionalism from beginning to end is notable. The tattoo studio and all of the equipment is very clean which is important. The concept of the café and tattoo studio is very quirky. I haven't had a proper coffee here yet but I will next time. Highly recommended.

Im no youngster 57 and decided it was about time to get pierced ... i had a tragus and neck jewels done by Jess .She made me feel completely at ease and was all done within minutes , the aftercare is ...

Went in for a coffee (which was nice) came out with a piercing!!! Was made to feel so welcome here, very professional and extremely clean, even though I'm not local I will certainly be coming back

Had many piercings with Jess , I was a big wossie when it comes to piercings but she took the time to calm me down and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.... 3 piercings later I'm going back agai...

Yesterday I had my first ever tattoo with Zannie .... I can`t thank her enough it is amazing ... The atmosphere at Chapter XIII is so friendly and relaxed from the moment you walk through the door .....

The atmosphere at Chapter XIII is so friendly and relaxed from the moment you walk through the door .... I will definitely be back for more. The studio is clean, bright and comfortable .... Zannie immediately put me at ease and helped finalise my design which now looks stunning on my arm. I can thoroughly recommend Zannie and Chapter XIII if you`re looking at getting tattooed. Once again ... Thank You ...
