I came here after losing the ball for my tragus piercing for a replacement, and despite having my tragus pierced by a tattoo parlour local to me in Croydon they were very helpful and sorted me out with a new piercing and fitted it for me. I cannot recommend this parlour enough!! The lady was so lovely, and gave me advice on how to heal the irritation on my forward helix piercing. Moreover, she fitted my piercing properly with a proper attachment rather than going in on a whim with just the piercing itself. I would definitely come here again, despite the trek from Croydon to Brighton and encourage anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing to come here. Love this place! Popped in on a whim to have a septum piercing while in Brighton for the weekend. Laura was on duty and did an amazing job - I barely felt a thing and a few days later it feels practically healed. This is such an amazing place. It is a shame its so tucked away because I think if it was more visible it would get way more business, although it was surprisingly busy. I went on a Saturday at around 3 in the afternoon and only had to wait about 20 minutes. The staff were so lovely, I cannot emphasise this enough. It was my first piercing as an adult and so I expressed my nerves, fear of needles and fainting tendencies and they were so understanding, they got me a lolly to suck on, kept checking to see if I was ok and comfortable. They were really chatty and friendly which made the whole experience so much less daunting. I could not recommend this place enough! Also, they have a reward system where you get stamps/discounts each time you go so its well worth going. The prices are very reasonable too. Read Less

Fantastic. No tattoos before I arrived and hence completely out of my comfort zone. Great staff as well as customers supporting, giving me space and making me feel wecolmed. I didn't feel rushed at all and in fact because I needed an appointment had time for any second thoughts. What I wanted was completely accepted and relaxed advice offered as food for thought. Prices seemed eminently reasonable and aftercare was clearly talked through. A great deal of time was spent on the typeface (I had script) as well as its positioning which was changed until I was happy with it. Kat was great throughout telling me what she was doing and enabling me to look at it part way through. I was delighted by the outcome. Got seen as a walk in, only had to wait an hour which was great. Had an idea for a design and they were happy to go through it with a couple of redraws and also replacing the location before we got started.
